I tried to pick up at this location near closing time,customer called and ask if we can do it , he was told as long as you get here before 4:30 pulled up lot 4:29 to checked in online to makes sure vehicle will be,ready turns out O wait it’s a bigger vehicle we can’t let you to pick it up at this time, your job was to check if we can do it with all the information provided,now I drove2:30 hour to get this … nobody cared also nobody cared to update phone number on google,👌I’m OTR driver your actions caused 2.5 day downtime which I’m not spending with my family,thanks.

Good fast service. Got paperwork and loaded in no time. Much faster than other auto auction places I've been through.
