Part is wrong apparently it is discontinued and I was sent something that will not work where I need it now I have to pay to ship back and pay a restocking fee for the misleading advertising

Great fast product delivery. This was the only company that had the part I needed and it was ordered on Tuesday evening, delivered on Thursday. Ohio to california in a day and a half, unheard of.

Ordered part that showed in stock and paid for expedited shipping. Part was back ordered and customer service reached out immediately to let me know. My shipping was refunded. Customer service was great throughout interaction.
Great company to deal with. I ordered a part from them that Lippert no longer supports as of August (Thanks Lippert) they were super knowledgeable and got me the part way faster than Lippert would at what seemed like a better price. I will be using them again.

Terrible service…..if you need a part fast this is not the place to get it….I call it ….like I see it ….Can’t get a reply despite their own company voicemail stating they are open for email and shipping inquiries. Someone’s dropping the ball. I just need my parts as they were promised. Wish I knew what was happening with the part I ordered.
We weren't sure after researching our problem if we had the right part and could do it ourselves. One phone call and the rep assured me we had the right part. It arrived in two days and solved the problem - broken toilet waste pedal. Cost only $45 including tax and shipping. Would have been hundreds if we had taken it rv repair.

Sorry, this business has unethical practices. Bought a fuel pump advertised as an OEM Airtex brand fuel pump. They charged a premium for the OEM part. I paid the premium price $74, but unfortunately received an amazon clone that is available for $24 on amazon which was not an Airtex brand. I already have an extra Amazon pump that I did not want to use because the earlier part failed within a month of use. I was looking for the Airtex pump that this business advertised. You can check on their website for Airtex E11015 if you do not believe me. I have asked for a return label and sent 3 reminders, but the business refuses to communicate or send me a return label. That is over a month of communication. Hopefully a bad review and a complaint to BBB may force the issue. But I am not hopeful. They even charged $ 22 to ship the item.
Need to give a "thumbs-up" for the attentive and through assistance provided by Dan for a replacement fuse holder for an electronically controlled light sculpture. Seems this unique art piece, engineered in the mid-80's, used what were common parts back then. To have found this source was likely finding a "golden needle" in the preverbal haystack. In short, GREAT Experience!
I ordered a hard to find dual slide control board as we were stuck. I ordered in Monday and received Tuesday AM as promised. The part was new and packed to ship well.
Ordered something that was "in stock". It wasn't. They emailed me saying it wasn't in stock a day after I paid for the item. They charged my card the second I placed the order....despite not having the item in stock. I tried to cancel my order via email, they ignored me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They'll lie to you, then ignore you.

-Yes, you charged my card. I see it on my statement. You charged it the second I made the order. It hasn't been refunded yet.
-Yes, I called and asked that you refund my card because you didn't reply via email. She said I would get an email confirming the cancellation, that never happened. You ignore your customers if they don't leave bad reviews here.
-No, I didn't use profanity on the phone. I politely suggested that you change your "in stock" status on this part, because it was clearly out of stock. I said it was misleading. She said you don't care about what the website says.
If whoever is responding to these reviews is the owner....I truly, strongly, deeply recommend you reconsider your business practices. If you can't keep your website up to date, and can't be bothered to reply to emails, you shouldn't be doing business online. Good luck.
This is an INCREDIBLE family owned business. They got my VERY expensive refrigerator part, in stock, and were almost $100 less than the only place I could find it (the manufacturer). Best part was Dan & Linda answered my call personally and made extra sure that I had the right part (they checked the schematic for my model). Then they got it shipped out within the next few hours. I own a business and I can tell you that the Customer Service is impeccable here. I will ALWAYS check here before I buy from anyone else. #ProudCustomer
Was looking for a specific doorknob for my trailer door and ran across this place on Google. I gave him a call and he gave me his email. I emailed him a picture of the door knob and he quickly responded that he does not carry that part but gave me the part number and referred me to the link on Amazon. He didn't have to do that. Tells me where is heart is.
I had an excellent experience. I called late in the afternoon yesterday for a part and it was shipped from Oregon to Maryland. It arrived this morning and functioned as designed. Thank you for the great service.
I needed a tank monitor board for my motorhome. The part number had been superceded by the manufacturer, and it was very confusing trying to get the right part. Dan worked hard to get me the right part, which included shipping me thre different boards until I got the right one. I never called when Dan didn't pick up the phone. My experience with RV Parts Express has been wonderful!
Buyer beware!!!!! Part ordered and shipment tracking number was provided on July 20th. The package was never handed off to the carrier. Several unanswered emails and voice messages later, the order is cancelled and the charge is being disputed with my father's (who placed the order and desperately needs the part) credit card company.
Horrible customer service. Six days after I ordered a part, and three days after I started calling the company, I finally got through by connecting with the new order dept. rather than the "existing order" department. My part was on backorder, but the rude man couldn't tell me when it would be available, nor could he tell me why he could't have contacted me or returned my calls. He's busy with 400 other backorders, according to him. DON'T expect to ever get a part or even an answer from this company.
Wish I could leave negative stars!!! I will follow up if he tries to charge me for my cancelled order.
I ordered a part on the 18th of June and it was processed on the 19th. A promise of 3 to 5 days delivery, today is June 30th and I've got nothing. I have called repeatedly only to leave a voice-mail and have emailed with zero response. As far as I can see this is a second hand seller. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute worst company to do business with. Called to check to make sure the part was in stock before I ordered it and was told it was. Ordered part and got an email stating it was being processed. Four days later no notification of shipment so I call repeatedly and leave multiple messages as it is apparent they are avoiding my calls. Finally the next day I get a hold of the same guy (I think it is the only person) and he says they are back ordered. I tell him you said they were in stock and his reply (lie) was they had a run of 20 sold but it would ship that day. Nothing so I call to cancel and again leave a message and say I want my order canceled. I check my account a few hours later and I see the money is back. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. The guy is a flat out liar.
