Driver that came to get my car must have rolled in a grease pit before getting to my location. There was grease all over the drivers door, handle, seat, steering wheel and shifter. Call anyone else unless you like paying for someone to make an absolute mess of your property. Do not recommend.
Went off road in snow storm, the driver was very nice, assured me everything would be ok, he had me sit in truck while he pulled my car out and was almost hit by an out of control car. He got my car loaded up and took me with him to the shop , I was able to get rental and had car brought to me. So thankful for nice people . Everything turned out okay. Thank you niles
Sunday, Roger went above and beyond to help us with a disabled Lincoln Corsair that wouldn't unlock the brakes, parking brakes, and shift into neutral. Roger spent 40 min with my husband trying to figure it out to get it on the flatbed. You couldn't have a better, polite, and concerned professional! I'd highly recommend this man anyway! And all staff we've spoken to have been very courteous and helpful!
I can't say enough about the local driver Josh. He had towed a vehicle for me about 6 months ago. Well, after an awkward phone conversation with the dispatcher in Alliance, Ohio.... I was greeted by Josh and the tow truck he was driving. He was able to tell me how much my tow would be and hooked up my vehicle and get it to it's destination. I was very pleased by his professionalism , personality and understanding of my concerns. I used Pantalone's a second time with the assistance of Josh located in Niles, Ohio. He explained what he was going to do and the charges I would pay for tow. I hope Pantalone's is taking care of you Josh. You're a tow truck driver who cares and gets the job done in a timely manner. Not sure if i should go to one star or not but long story short i had my truck towed from my house to a auto shop dor some reson when they ran my card it froze the card and they said it was denied. Still unsure why i could have let it go and just said whatever. But i chose to call and make it right, when i called to make it right i was directed to Kales towing and paid with my debit card. I then checked my accounts and not only was my card charged from Pantalones but Kales as well and both transactions processed. I called to figure out what happened and to get things straightened out. They assured me that they were never paid the first time and would help with anything i needed. Needless to say they did not. so im dealing with my bank now to dispute the charges and take care of this nonsense.... we shall see, the only reason i didnt give a 1 star is the service was great and the driver was really good... so if they make it right ill change my review until then...... it stays where its at.
The guy that met me at the yard to let me in to get my stuffwas VERY RUDE AND MEAN! I myself was very upset because the location was so very far away for me to drive.I made a comment about how far away it was and he instantly became a real jerk and was nasty.He did not LOOK like a good guy.His attitude really sucked! I felt like I was being very rushed throughout my experience and this guy made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and I did NOT feel very safe with the guy watching me like a hawk,as if I was doing something illegal.All I was doing was trying to get MY stuff out of MY vehicle! I MYSELF did NOT choose PANTALONE TOWING! The SHERRIFS OFFICE MADE ME USE THIS COMPANY.Because of my BAD experience with that VERY RUDE and VERY NASTY tow truck driver,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT using this company!

I called panalope towing and he had a service guy to change my tire within 30 minutes. Justin was polite and pleasant service guy. Great service , I will call them again.
Very upset with this company I had locked my keys in my car, I called this company because it was the closest. I asked them how much it would be they said $80 and that they were the cheapest around..didn't sound right I didn't even pay that much for a tow a month ago . So I ask one of my customers who work for emerines and they told me there's was only 45. Like to straight up lie to someone is just so disrespectful. With my experience they were really dishonest they WILL NOT be getting my business ever again..then continue to say everyone Else is $100 even though I just said it was $45 y'all are dishonest..period!
Dylan S. was an absolute life saver! I called and he was there in under 30 minutes with no notice. Towed me and was so friendly and comforting and went above and beyond! Truly made my entire experience of my car breaking down into such an easy thing. Absolutely recommend him!
Broke down in the evening on a road trip, and this was the first place we called. Dispatcher had me send my location and got to us real quickly (15 minutes). Driver was friendly and helpful. Dropped the car at a service station (I liked the Midas in Niles they suggested) and even dropped us at the hotel. Thankful they were able to help us out of a jam.
10/10 service, Had a tire blow out on my trailer in Niles, OH at night. Pantalone came out with bright strobe lights to warn traffic and helped while we got the tire changed. Thanks Shawn and Sam
Great company. Called them up and customer service was nice right off the rip. Broke down what a tow would cost me To come get my all wheel drive suv. Once he dispatched the driver the tow driver called me right away. To get location of my SUV. Once he got there he introduced himself Sam!. And got right to work and secured it to the bed and off to home we went. 20 mins max from time I broke down to time heading home. And was talking all way home. Sam a nice friendly guy. And my dogs liked him also so. Great thanks for helping
Shawn went above and beyond to help my family after being involved a wreck. He did a great a job of calming us down and making sure everyone was ok. He the took the time to explain everything we needed to do..

I didn’t use this company but I was stranded with a flat tire in Niles and I needed help to at least put my spare tire on and they wanted $100 just to do that! I actually know how to change out my tire, but it was very cold and I was not dressed warm enough to do it.. I eventually just ended up doing it myself anyway! I probably wouldn’t use their services in the future.. to whoever responded, the thing about reviews is it’s the posters point of view so you don’t have to agree with what I wrote! However EVERYONE has been to a place or looked into a service but didn’t use it because maybe it was over priced.. as far as going to Starbucks or McDonald’s, if you choose to buy a 8 dollar coffee or a 10 dollar burger, that’s on YOU. I’m not doing it. I never said you did anything wrong, your prices are your prices and your prerogative, my choice not to use your service because it was too steep for me, is mine.. for the record I only rated 1 star because I didn’t actually get any service. Had nothing to do with your business.. but my friend, attitude is everything.. your reply shows me maybe I made a good call! Have a beautiful day 😇
Do yourself a favor and shop around before using Pantalone. They are high priced and not reliable. I booked for an overpriced tow and they never came. I had to call hours later to ask why my car was not towed. They had no idea who I was and I had to rebook the tow service. Poor service and high priced.
I have a 2017 Dodge Durango w/ push button start and All Wheel Drive. I stopped at a red light on an extremely busy road and the car just died. I put it in park and tried to restart it, with no luck. That's when stuff really went sideways. I couldn't even get the car into neutral to at least push it off the main road. Long story short, I called Pantalone's Towing and spoke with Shawn. He sent a driver named Dylan over to me. Dylan showed up quickly and promptly figured out how to get the car into neutral and got it up onto the flatbed and towed it to safety. Thank you Shawn and Dylan for for your quick, professional, and caring response to what could have been a very bad situation. Whatever amount you guys earn, you deserve a pay raise. Thanks to Pantalone's for hiring knowledgeable, professional guys. God forbid I need your services again, but if I do, you've earned my business.
The towing technician I had was wonderful. His name was John, and he was friendly, amicable, timely, and efficient. He met me at rust city church across from Eastwood field, and had no issues following me home with my car. I give the tech himself 5 stars. The only reason this review is 4, is because the price was a bit higher than I initially thought it'd be. Other than that, considering the situation, everything went as well as it could.
Mike and Pantalone Towing are an A-1 service in every way. He stayed in touch via text/phone calls with a reasonable arrival time, dispatched by AAA. Pouring rain and he was still smiling. I was back on the road in less than half an hour. Very lucky to have them in the area. Thank you Mike!!! Go Browns!
I called AAA to get a tow, Pantalone was dispatched to my location. The tow truck driver refused to tow my 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 because it had wooden boards on the bed and a couple twigs in the bed, Seriously, wooden board sides and literally a couple twigs. The main reason for a tow was for a broken ball joint. And I have a AAA membership and was refused service. Most ridiculous thing I have ever been told by a tow company. I called Carl's Towing right afterwards and they took care of me with no single issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PANTALONE TOWING. This incident occured in early December.
We had a wonderful experience with this company at 10:30 pm on Sunday. I called multiple companies in the area and they were the only ones willing to tow me to Youngstown. The driver was efficient and nice as nice can be and I appreciate him taking time out of his evening! I will use these folks again and recommend them to all!!
Dylan is the best!! AAA called Pantalone for me twice and both times they sent Dylan, he arrived quickly both times and was very thorough with his job. The first time was a few weeks ago when a tree fell on my rental car, he came quickly and assessed the damage with me, he took pictures of, and made sure the arrangements from Enterprise were correct before he towed it away. The second time was today, the entire wheel flew off my car on the freeway on my way to work. Once again he arrived quickly and went above and beyond! He helped us find the tire and made sure all the others were tight and safe to drive and got us back on the road. I cannot recommend them enough!
Michael came to help us with our battery that was having issues and he went above and beyond and I could not have asked for better customer service! He was such a help and a blessing, I will definitely recommend Pantalone Towing to my friends and family! Thank you Michael for being so helpful and amazing!
I used their tire service through AAA when I got a flat. Their driver was prompt, incredibly helpful, and made a bad night not so terrible. He helped me figure out where to go the next morning to get a new tire, and made sure everything was all good before I left. I wish I would’ve caught his name for sure, but I believe it was michael. Thank you for making a stressful situation away from home manageable and helping me laugh through it along the way! Incredible service all around.
This morning I found myself not being able to start my commercial vehicle. I have AAA but it does not cover services for commercial vehicles.
I called Pantalone towing to get a jump for my battery. They responded to my home within ten minutes. Jim Tested the batteries (2) only to tell me that the batteries were fine. This vehicle was going to have to be towed to a dealership in Aurora for servicing.
Unfortunately the type of commercial tow was not able to be taken care of by any company in my area. The owner of Pantalone towing took it upon himself to try and contact three other towing companies in the area to assist me. The cost to get this vehicle towed for the second time in a week would be $1,000.00.
Approximately an hour later the owner of Pantalone towing called me and asked if he could send his second shift supervisor to my home in order to try a couple of different methods to get this vehicle started so I can try and avoid an additional $1,000.00 out of my pocket. His 2nd shift supervisor showed up and within 10 minutes he managed to get me started. I was able to drive this vehicle to the dealership in Aurora without any issues in order to get it fixed.
Thank you JIM Pantalone... your business ethics are nothing but the BEST! You didn’t have to but you went over and beyond what I could ever imagine. Your staff is very knowledgeable and above all professional. I will recommend you to anyone and everyone.
Gonna go right down the middle. Almost 1 year from today my car was towed because expired tags. I just moved here, bought car right before. Unfortunately dealership really messed up I still hadnt received my Title. Since I had everything but Title I could not get my car.
When went to pay my towing bill, yes it was high. I know this cause when I asked for charge to take it to my place, which is 3 times farther. Charged 195. Charge to het it home 70. It was explained that is contract with Weatherfield that is what they have to charge. I get it. That is a major acct. they obviously don't want to lose. I'd do the same.
But they were very nice and courteous. Had no visual damage, nothing missing. And yes I lost my car. Have no car but it's not because of them. I would call them if I needed to. I have No car so not an issue, lol! Sorry my warped sense of humor.
*Just went to 5. Good business ethics. And they respond regardless.

Awesome service. AAA service arrived even earlier than expected. My tire was replaced and back on the road very fast. Driver, Tom Neal was great, very professional. I personally would recommend this towing and roadside company to anyone. Totally Satisfied. Five Star plus. Thank You !!!!!
