Have been going to Pierce for several years for tire related issues and have always been taken care of for a reasonable price. Most recently went in for new tires and noticed this business had been under new ownership. The lobby was significantly cleaner, fresh paint, coffee bar, etc. You could tell the new owner cared about it being an inviting environment. They recommended 2 different options for tires, explaining pros/cons of both. Left with a tire I've been very happy with since. I highly recommend Pierce Motors!
Our son has had some issues with the car we bought for him, and Pierce Motors has been absolutely wonderful every step of the way! They are quick to respond, helpful, and always offer honest guidance without ever expecting anything in return.

Business would not do a transmission and fluid change on a truck since I already have the fluid and parts that I want on my vehicle. Seems like a poor business model to turn down service for such a stupid cause as they want to use their own parts.

I called in asking about some work needing to be done that I already have parts for, and then some work that needs to be done that I didn't have parts for. I hadn't even finished describing the first part of the work needing to be done, and the guy says "I'm not interested, we supply the parts when we do work here. Good luck." Then hangs up. I had more work that I wanted to describe to him to see pricing, but I guess I am taking my business elsewhere.
Excellent work every time I've gone, waited to see how it turned out to review, Took my 08 pontiac to 4 places, none could even identify the security system issue! Pierce had it found and fixed in a weekend! Many weeks of pain solved in one trip to Pierce, affordable, and knowledgeable, great work! I highly recommend.
Great knowledgeable honest shop that can handle most any repair I've thrown at them,including the extensive engine replacement of a modern,complicated, Cadillac V8 engine, seemlessly!
We went there as it was suggested by an acquaintance. It was close and convenient, but we will never use them again. We are driving 30 min instead of 5 to go to a different shop. We had two cars that needed several things fixed. They fixed part of it and in less than two weeks we have to take it elsewhere to have it fixed again, only properly this time. The other, we had aligned and bought all new tires. Within 24 hours we noticed it was pulling again to the side and thought the alignment wasn't correct. Within two days the tire on the side it was pulling towards was low. We filled it up and then left for a one-day road trip. By the time we were 150 miles away, on the highway,the tire was almost flat again. We were told by the tire repair shop that the valve stem was not changed when they put the new tires on and that it was cracked and leaking. It is normal in the industry to change them at the time you buy new tires. When i called pierce motors (mike) he lied about it, never acknowledged they made a mistake, never offered to fix it, and never even apologized for our difficulties. As a woman, i have found him terrible to deal with. He does not explain anything, can be very rude and handles repairs and charges differently when dealing with a man. I had to have my husband deal with him eventually as he seemed to have women issues and it was easier to get things done if he spoke to a man. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop. If it was only once and they had even apologized, it might be understandable, but two different cars that were not done properly within a 3 week timeline, as well as a place that is ethically questionable, they shouldn't even be in business. Definitely stay away from there!

Mike is an excellent mechanic. He has always treated us well and taken care of our cars for a very reasonable price. He tells us what we need... and explains it to us thoroughly. He has always gonw above and beyond to get our cars done in a timely manner too. Highly recommend him and his crew!

Iv had several things done at this shop and have always had a good experience. This last time a part didn't get put on correctly and I had it towed back. He fixed it right away and offered to pay the towing.
We have only been going here for a couple of months since we moved to the area. They seem to be very thorough with their work, and honest. Prices a little bit higher than what we had with our previous mechanic, but still not unfair or unreasonable. Good, Christian owned business.
Very friendly, professional shop. My only problem was everytime I left the shop, something else seems to go wrong with my car that they somehow didnt notice needed fixing.
Excellent service. Had the timing belt replaced in our van. Pierce was about $150 cheaper than anyone else. The repair was completed on time and done professionally. Recommended for all service!
