Trash company, trash people with trash attitudes. I wouldn’t call this place even if I was stranded on the side of the road, which I was!

I am so thankful for Able Wrecker Service. We got locked out of our car and we are not from Lima. I was a little panicky. But from the time I called and was sitting in my car was a whole 25 minutes. I thought being a Friday evening would cost extra but the price was about half of what I was expecting. Tyler was super friendly and awesome!! Thank you so very much!! Highly recommend!!

Had them pick up my son's car and they delivered it to the wrong place 2 times. Every time we called the had an excuse. The place where it was supposed to be dropped off even called and asked where it was. The lady accused me of yelling at her when I didn't not. They delivered it to their own lot so they received the money. After using them in the past we will NEVER use them again. Horrible customer service. The driver was rude. Do not recommend at all.

Taylor came out & helped with my car after busting the ball joint and he was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond & helped in every way possible . He was able to get the car towed back home with no other issues . Thanks again! You are amazing!!!! You deserve a raise :)

One of our work trucks was hit on the side of the road in the middle of the night, and your driver spent over an hour carefully gathering our tools and equipment scattered along the street. When we visited your lot to retrieve personal items from the truck, we were blown away to find everything bagged, with a box of our tools set aside and ready for us. I was stranded on side of I75 south & called AAA. I was told 3-4 hours for a tow truck. Then received call from AAA saying the guy could pick me up I was not in his service area. Call AAA operator back and was told they have to dispatch someone else and will take an additional time. I cancelled the tow and called ABLE wrecker service. The dispatcher was pleasant, professional, informative, and was able to get tow truck to me in 45 minutes. Steve arrived from ABLE wrecker and he was there in 35 minutes. Steve and his team was positive, professional and reassuring. Amazing service. Highly recommend them if you need a tow. Thank you Steve and your team.

Called at 2 am when my car lost ALL power while driving. Nicest lady ever answered the phone. Clearly I woke her up (sorry nice lady😔) she took all my information over the phone, my friend picked me up and poof🪄 I wake up to my car being at my auto shop. I will never use anyone else 😍.

I had my car towed twice in two days and used Able Towing both times. Both gentlemen who came out were very friendly and professional and treated my car like it was there own. My car is lowered and they both made sure to be careful and not scrape my car on the tow bed both times it was towed. Response time was very quick and prices were lower than I had anticipated. I will definitely be using Able Towing from now on.

I had a broken ball joint on the front drive axle, and the car was nose in on a parking spot. Steve was concerned about the possible damage to the car if we drug it (because it couldn't move). He came up with a good plan B (vehicle dollies), switched the flat bed for a shorter more maneuverable truck, and towed it safely all the way to Bluffton.

Able Towing was dispatched through AAA to tow my van and the tech that came was Tim. He was so nice and helpful. I appreciate his professionalism, and his kindness. Great guy! Thank you Tim.

I have had to have my car towed twice in the last month and each time able towing did an amazing job. Quick to respond and very professional. Each time TJ was towing my car, he is awesome. TJ is super friendly, easy to talk to. Would recommend to anyone.

TJ was quick to respond to the towing request, very experienced and was able to get my car in neutral, out of the garage, and on the truck quickly. He was pleasant to chat with and we had a few good laughs. I appreciate his kindness.

Tj (aka Santas helper) had fantastic customer service and was nice the whole time along with showing up within 15 min after i called he even showed me how to put my car in neutral manually as he was doing it, he deserves a raise for sure.

Had a flat I couldn't change. Called and they were quick to respond. Got the tire changed and was ready to be on my way. Extremely reasonable rate for service, too. TJ was very courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. I would recommend him any time for emergency services.

This was the 2nd time I used this company. The insurance company did not pass along the set time for the tow. The wrecker guy was here early and had to come back to pickup the vehicle and deliver to the shop. They went over and above to make this happen for me. We called and got a super fast response and just like that the truck was there to save us ! As they arrived TJ was there for the rescue he took zero time to get us off the highway and loaded up our vehicle And just like that he had us safe and home ! I highly reccomend these guys as their service was very reasonable compared to any other company they go above and beyond again thanks TJ for being awesome!

Able Towing did an excellent job. They located my broken down car easily and quickly. They were quick to arrive with a new, big tow truck. The driver carefully loaded our vehicle and took special care with it. He was skilled and professional. He efficiently transported the vehicle to the repair shop we requested. He treated us as valued customers and was a huge help to us. I highly recommend Able anytime you need a towing service.

Woke up to a flat tire at my friends house. Waited for 3hrs for my car insurance company to find me a tow to get the rental car tire repaired/replaced. Ended up cancelling the tow request and called Albe instead. On a Saturday at noon they had someone called in and to my friends house in 45 minutes. Extremely happy with the service and the price was extremely fair.

Tonight I was stranded on the side of the road after going off the road during a snowstorm. Many places turned me away left me with no choice but to sit there. This tow company came out promptly and the gentleman that helped me was very nice and courteous. Very professional. I wanted to say thank you for getting me out of the field!

AAA dispatched to my location. Arrived quickly and loaded my truck safely. The Able truck was clean and newer model flatbed. This is my second experience with Able Towing. Very pleased!

Our car had got stuck in mud, we had tried everything then decided to call our roadside assistance & they got us a tow truck! They came much quicker than expected and we were out of there in minutes. The guy said he left dinner to come get us out- if that doesn’t show their commitment, I don’t know what does! I’m not sure what the guys name was but thanks man, we are so so grateful for you & we hope you got to go back and eat your dinner!!

I had to have my new car towed to Dublin. Great service. Dean was very quick in getting to my house. I had to ride with him to pick up a rental. Great conversation. Would definitely use this company again. Thanks Dean.

Miss treated a friends vehicle and when confronted were less than professional instead of doing the right thing and saying they would look into it they denied it. Friend thankfully got video of them dropping the car off the flatbed causing the car to roll into a tree and chain post. After leaving a poor review on facebook was blocked and they pleaded to have reviews removed. I'd strongly suggest considering this when you consider doing business with them.

I understand that everyone makes mistakes but making a mistake and then lying about it is completely unethical. I love my car and after hearing about the damage done to a friend of mines car and SEEING actual video footage of their wrong doings that they still are trying to deny I was angry for him. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone for anything. Hopefully they will make this right and possibly save their name but I’m highly doubtful.
