I called these guys in the middle of the night. I work odd hours, my truck broke down on my way in. I took a cab home and had a couple beers over contemplations of my life decisions. Nonetheless my vehicle could not just sit at my workplace unattended. The man who performed the tow not only left the comfort of his own home in the middle of the night, he masterfully backed my truck into the exact place I wanted and needed it to be within fairly confined quarters. If I could give 50/5 stars I would. I will go with this business for all my future towing needs.
Towed my 1500 ram, the driver Ed was awesome took great care with my truck was quick and professional at his job and was great conversation on the trip home! Was the best price i was givin among 4 local companies i would definitely recommend their services.

When I got stranded 3 states over on the last leg of a road trip, Big Daddy's Towing was there. The tow driver on the night of August 1st helped me come up with a game plan for getting my car back to my home city for a reasonable cost as well as give me a ride to a nearby hotel. without the kindness, resourcefulness, and intelligence of that driver I still might not be home. I sadly do not remember my driver's name after the stress of the experience, but I want to extend major gratitude to him and highlight his amazing help that night to the company.

Ed drove us and our great Pyrenese, Kira, to the nearest Walmart for a tire change to get home safely at the end of our trip. Excellent service when we got a flat tire on the side of a busy road with two toddlers in the back. Nice technician gave us some info about the area since we needed to kill some time with the kids.
My son had a tire blow out and we live an hour and a half away. They went out to tow him, but ended up repairing the tire at the roadside and got him on his way for a lot less than we expected to pay. We are so thankful for their helpful and honest service!
Terrible!! Said they were coming. Left us at the side of the road for hours before they decided not to come. 5 hours. Had to leave our vehicle sit and go back the next day and finally had Osborn towing service us with immediate service and we appreciate their honesty

Easy they are a joke driver unprofessional, didn’t lock the jack so it collapsed causing damage to driver door. After car was finally loaded he wasn’t any better at driving than using a jack! Still having to suffer through working with them, can’t wait to be done. Stay away from this company at all costs!

I needed my truck towed they were here in 30 min I was amazed, the driver was very kind and made the transaction very easy, I will be calling them back if I ever need anything else.
Of course we expected to wait for a tow... I mean it's never a quick and easy process. However, Nate originally took our call and was very polite. Our need happened during a shift change and there was a door unlock before us. So my son and I mentally prepared ourselves for a worst case scenario. That being said we did not wait as long as we expected. When the truck pulled in we were greeted by JJ who is probably one of the nicest guys on the planet! He kept us posted on his status throughout our wait and was very professional, throughout. After realizing we were going back to Cincinnati and my wife was almost in Lima to drive us home, JJ expedited our settling up with him and also said he would take our van to Tom Ahl and would full out the dropoff paperwork and put the key in the drop box. His doing that allowed us to leave straight from Hardin HWY and head south and homeward bound a lot quicker than we intended. Glad we called on them! Very professional and polite service and also loved JJs personal attention to helping us get to driving home in the quickest way he could.
This guy! Brian was amazing. He quoted us $1025 for what could have easily been a $2k job and amazingly enough he cut THAT nearly in half only charging our company $640.50! What a deal. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back if needed. Thanks Big Daddy's Towing! You made us very happy and will always send business to you when we can. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
