Kenny’s has been amazing helping me get my daughter’s first car back on the road. From a fender to a tail light and now needing replacement sun visors. They have had everything I needed. Jason was a huge help answering all my questions over the phone! Will always call Kenny’s first for all my used car parts!!!

Terrible Service – Unsafe and Overpriced I am not satisfied at all with this shop. The service was terrible. He charged me $25 just for a quick terrible tire patch from the outside, which is way too much for something that should cost less and be done properly from the inside. When I asked why the price was so high, and if they could patch it from the inside instead, he said it would be $50. I told him to leave it, and then he rudely told his employee not to do the job and said I was wasting his time. Later, while I was driving back to Findlay, the patch failed and I was at risk on the road. That’s not only unprofessional, it’s dangerous. He should never have patched a tire that way. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere that actually cares about doing the job right.

I called Jason a hour before closing for the weekend. He had the part i needed and told me it wouldn't be available for pickup until next week. Got a call half hour later and told me that it was ready for pickup. Excellent and straight forward service.

These guys are nothing short of AWESOME!!!! I called yesterday about a part within 30min of closing, and you'd thought they were just opening. They took great care of me! Their prices are so incredibly reasonable and the customer service was impeccable. I wound up having to return the part(all my fault) and they were even great about that! I will definitely be utilizing them for any future parts I may need. PLEASE, PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT!!!!

On 5/07/2025 - Traveling from Michigan to Alabama picked a nail or small screw in my tire, pulled off the expressway found Kenny’s Auto Kare. Very professional and kind, took my car right in and patched the tire, had me on my way in 40 minutes. Thank you so much for your kindness. Great people

I went to Kennys recently to pick up some parts for an old vehicle that i of hit a deer with. They had very good customer service, and I got the parts that I needed in a timely manner. I Just wanted to say that I am very pleased with them.

We drove up from south Dayton for a funeral in Lima, and our Nissan started making strange noises! So after the funeral we stopped at Kenny’s and asked if they could look at it. They were so nice and helpful! They took a look right away and fixed it! Just like that! Excellent honest, hardworking mechanics! Highly recommend!!

I drove 2 hours from the Detroit area to go to Kenny's Auto Wrecking. It was well worth the drive. Jason was extremely helpful and already had the part pulled and waiting. I added a last minute part to my list and one of the employees had it at the front desk in 15 minutes. I can't rate this business high enough. I will only shop there from here on out. Thanks guys!!

This shop has been a failed experience across multiple vehicles needing repaired i own. ive always used them as an urgent emergency because their schedule is typically open for instant service and price is cheaper then other shops. the owner Josh has rushed out so many repairs, not just my own that it causes more damage in the long run. Gary the shop manager is atleast an honest man that really puts effort into his work but ive had situations all around where the repair they do breaks something else within a week of release. most recent was the oil change and gasket swap that completely blew the engine on my 86 305 camaro, considering it was my daily driver and was driven to the shop without issue! the car didnt make it 5 minutes down the road after leaving the shop and it was blown. another occasion a jasper engine was dropped in my 2008 jeep which when returned to me the transmission was not buttoned up completely and it fractured my flex plate, on top of the fact that of the 6 spark plugs, one in this new engine was the complete wrong design and caused misfire on a 0 mile long block. the red flags are when u feel rushed out with minor explanation upon pick up/payment and also the lack of detailed invoice covering the work performed because there have been times they find issues aside of what they were in there to fix and just perform the work instead of provide information and ask to perform extended work and end up jacking the bill up!

Where do I start! Grade A experience. We are on a road trip going south of Toledo all of a sudden our truck start swaying back and forth to the point we were not safe. We went to google and found Kenny’s shop literally walked in there and said please help us we are on a road trip and we have an emergency. I’m pretty sure it was the owner of the shop he got the truck in right away. Looked at the truck got the parts and everything done with in the hour majority trying to find the parts. We are soooo thankful to them the truck now rides so good and we are back on our road trip. He did not hesitate to help us I just couldn’t believe how awesome this customer service was. If we lived in town this would definitely be our go to shop. Reasonable pricing as well especially in an emergency! Thank you guys so much right place right time.

I just recently was involved in a car accident with someone who ran a stop sign and was looking for parts for my ford Taurus Josh and his group of guys did an amazing job fixing my car better then it was before my accident! I highly recommend Josh and his guys!!! Very friendly and personable! If you want good work done go here!

A loud shout out to Josh and Gary for getting my motorhome back on the road for me. I broke down on a Friday afternoon. Although they were really swamped, they were able to get me out of there at a very reasonable price and as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

$545 to tow my car out of a ditch that, from the highway patrol calling them to me being on my way, took 90 minutes. That works out to $363 per hour. For that kind of money they better treat your car like the Holy Grail but instead they bent the door and won’t take responsibility for it. How did they bend the door? They opened it to put the car in neutral, left it open, then started towing over uneven ground, causing it to drag and bend along the bottom. Then the genius employee starts pushing on the top of the frame to force it closed. The window frame is the weakest part, FYI. Both my insurance company and I called the owner and he denied any responsibility. He said he spoke to the employee and he said no damage occurred, of course, meaning he’s either blind as a bat or a liar. I have attached pictures. The first was taken by the highway patrol before the tow truck arrived showing my door is both undamaged and able to open clear of the ground. The others were taken by me after they damaged my door.

Staff is super friendly, you might not have some of the parts you want at THAT moment,but that's how it works over there and they normally will call you back with no fail for your part when ever it's ready,when they don't have it they offer free advise and options ,they have the most reasonable pricing on parts,his is where I call home,Kenny's is next to none in this line of business,their staff are the real MVPs..this is home
