This place is a joke..the new owner doesn’t care about the customer and will find anyway to screw you over.. the best part of it all is the old owners still work there so nothing has changed.. DO NOT buy a car from there buy here pay here lot you will regret it!!
Appears to be new owners As I live i Lima now Though I take a chance and Very happy with the windshield I got with price and installed and if the don't have it they can get it As Kirby auto salvage and Perry are the Best of the Best Before tryin anyone else check With Kirby or Perry auto salvage for your needs you'll be glad you did
As of this review date I currently own a 1996 Plymouth Neon which formed over heating issue with the engine. Which is not worth fixing for something that old. Called Perry Auto and asked how much they would give me for it.
They told me if I took the car to them I would get a certain price wont say it here. If they had to come get it it would be little less cause of where I live. Which I was fine with cause I just wanted the car gone.
I setup a day and time for them to pickup the car which was two days after the day I called them. On the day and time they should be here to pickup the car. I get a no show and not a single phone call from them. After calling them the person I talked to when I set everything up was not there and they knew nothing about it. Talk about lacking basic communications within the company.
Called another place which will 100% show up and give me more money for my car.
My sister took her car for a tune up and brake work. 5 months later we found it torn apart and not fixed. Matt told us he wasn't going to fix it and if we wanted it we would have to pay the $420 for the work he did. It was in pristine condition when the car was taken there. Perry is good for parts, but don't trust them for mechanical work on your vehicle. They will tear it apart and expect you to give it to them. Plus charge you for the work done on it.
I got a car ask them to find out what’s wrong with it they said a motor and that was it .well I paid over 1300 dollars for just for motor and and to put it in then I get it and it still don’t run right call them they said bring it back for it to be a transmission problem then I left it there for a min to get the money together over 2500 for that and they lied to me smashed my car kept my motor I paid for and trying to give me a lemon car that has way more problems then my car I need help and only gave them a star it is the only way to leave feed back but service is horrible

Great place to get parts - I'm always working on something where they have been used for a part - and they seem to be able to find things that other places can't. Thanks again for all of the service!
They rush me to get my car there but when it gets there they take almost 2 weeks for my engine to come in and on top of that they never started my car. Told my stepdad that they was gonna be finished with it in 2 weeks and it’s clearly not done. Stalled me out over the phone so yea I’ll have to go somewhere else and if my car breaks down within 30 days I’m sewing
Horrible place! Very rude! My boyfriend has waited over a month for them to work on his car. We dropped it off Monday and he told them we would be back Wednesday to pick it up. They didn't even have it done!
The customer service is horrible. They lied to me about the time that my car should be done and got mad when I called to ask about my car. A man named John answered the phone and was completely disrespectful with my girlfriend to the point where I took the phone from her after he sighed loudly and told her he was “tired of the car anyways” and he wouldn’t know when it would be done. I asked for a corporate number or manager information to discuss with them how John handled the situation. He did not give me either. I only gave them a star because I had to, to even get to tell you this. I will never ever go back.
The only reason I gave this one star is because that's the only way I could leave a review this place is good at times but they are crooks in disguise. Won't be getting service from them again!
This business is such a rip off,,they will rob you blind. They are NOT honest people!!! So I suggest you go elsewhere,,,never never buy a car from them!!!!
