Crazy rainy day have a dead battery and told they can sell it but not install it. Meanwhile I’m in the parking lot with a dead battery. Great job guys!!!!
Went in for items for oil change and met Dani, very knowledgeable and kind. Made the whole process easier and quick. Would absolutely go back again just for her assistance!

The GM Michael is always the one who is there to help me and he is so knowledgeable and down to earth. I love going to this location because all the employees are amazing and kind, they go above and beyond to get you what you need. The gal that works there even ran down to another store I was at at and said I left my drivers license there and they tried to call me but I didn’t have my phone on me at the time! Amazing people, you don’t see that type of kindness as much!
I called Jay @ 701 this am. He gave me price and availability on battery for my Jetta. Then said oh we open at 730 if you want to come grab it ?? when I did get there he remembered me was super helpful put the battery and brake light in all while it’s freezing cold WITH A SMILE THE ENTIRE TIME! Honestly one of the nicest guys I’ve met! Thank you again!!!!

This is usually where I shop for everything for both of our vehicles. I stopped in today to get oil for my lawn mower, I did not know that I needed " non-detergent " oil since it doesn't have a filter. Thanks to Riley for letting me know and helping me find the right oil. I've always had really great customer service here and today was no different.

Advance auto parts amazingly has some of the car parts in stock which the other chain stores don't carry at and are unable to order. I recently visited this location looking for a hard to find piece of hardware for my vehicle hoping the associate would at least be able to point me in the right direction to find whay I needed and the man told me to hold on a moment and walked back to the counter with the exact part I needed. This will forever be my first, and probably only, stop for automotive needs in the future.
Third time ordering online just to get there to find out parts were missing from box and they didn't have anymore in stock. Gonna find a new parts store!! FYI.. Canal Fulton stores.
