Whoever just did a towing job for my elderly neighbor on 21st street in Massillion did an EXCELLENT JOB and I wish I could tip this guy extra money for his great tow work he did for an old man who lives above me. I rent an apartment and heard commotion outside, and there was a nice man, young guys in his 30s maybe late 20s, driving a white pickup truck with your company logo on it. I am leaving this review because that tow truck driver was the nicest guy, he was calm with a grumpy old man (I know because I'm his neighbor lol), and was just super excellent at maneuvering a car into a tight driveway spot that he didn't even have to do (he was contracted just to "drop and go"). WHAT A NICE, KIND, GRAND MAN. THANK YOU FOR BEING GREAT AT YOUR JOB AND IM NOT EVEN A CUSTOMER. EXCELLENT TOWING IF ANYONE SEES SOURCEONE ON THE SIDE OF A WHITE TRUCK IN MASSILLON AREA OHIO THATS A GREAT COMPANY AND A GREAT GUY BEHIND THE WHEEL THANK YOU.
Sent my car to auction AFTER I paid and they received the release. Brand new engine, >100k miles, so it’s no wonder they did so. Very, very shady company.
The tow truck driver is not trustworthy will be your best friend till he can screw you over they lie to the cops saying you hit there vehicle when honestly there the one that hit your car and damage it this place is a joke and I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason
They came and took my boyfriends truck and he was very unprofessional and didn't know what he was doing and he dragged my boyfriends truck down the road! If anything is wrong with it when we get it back will be sueing
Came to pick up my car and it was WRECKED. The front left headlight is busted, the hood is dented, and the front bumper is busted out of place. When I went to the office to tell them my car was NOT like that when I took it they said they had pictures of the damage. They took those pictures AT THEIR LOT after they towed my car. My car has been parked up against my garage for the last 6 months and I’ve never hit ANYTHING in that car.
Had one of your guys come repo my daughters car today.. He was very nice and polite... I dont know why people try to give the repo guys/gals a hard way to go. If you are behind on your payment then thats your fault.. The repo guys/gals are just doing there job
Just keft the place and they clsim my wallet and the 340 bucks was never in it... notnonly am i out the money im also out my id and ss card. I asked the woman at the front desk if there is a possibility that somebody would have stolen it she said hold on let me check to see tlwho towed it. That right there shows you they don't even trust the tow truck drivers
