My husband had the best experience and asked me to leave a review. The manager of the store, Jesmel, was wonderful to work with and answered all of my husband's various questions. He then changed out the tail light in our car and didn't even charge a labor cost. He did this because my husband didn't have the right tool to take off the rear casing so Jesmel offered to do it himself. My husband then offered to tip him instead and he refused to take it. He said it was no problem and was glad to help. Will definitely be going to Auto Zone Canal Fulton for all of our car needs!
I went to AutoZone this morning to get a new battery. Jay was really nice and he confirmed that’s what was wrong. He even put the battery in and got rid of the old one was very friendly even gave my dog some treats A+ customer service. Thanks, jay!
This is the best AutoZone EVER! Jay the manager helped me out with coolant for the AC and went above and beyond with connecting me with someone who could do an emergency repair. They have my business forever.
My son and I came in here because his tail lights were not working. We were instantly helped by a friendly associate. He was having difficulty finding the correct tool and Jay, the store manager, then asked if his associate needed help. I would like to add that Jay was literally on the way out the door to go home! Jay then also helped us fix the blown fuse in the tail lights. They were so helpful and we greatly appreciated their time and kindness. Thank you again Greg and Jay!!!!!!

The store manager Jay was awesome, my sister went in worrying about brake lights. Her running lights also aren’t working. Jay took the time to come out to the car and figure out what lightbulbs needed replaced. He proceeded to help her replace the lights in the parking lot so that she could feel comfortable driving home. If you need any sort of auto parts for your car would completely recommend AutoZone and going to jay!

Not only did he come out to make sure we had the right light to put in our break lights, he actually went ahead and installed them. when he couldn’t find the part number on the computer, he knew enough to walk out and find a bulb that would work. Two weeks ago I visited this AutoZone to get new headlamps for my car. Ryan D advised me on getting the appropriate and best lights for my Subaru. It has been life changing. I can finally see in the dark with these led bulbs. Ryan D. was knowledgable, kind, and installed the lights with ease. He went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend coming to this autoZone for all your car needs.

My air-conditioning needed recharged, I bought the product and the gentleman came out and put it in my van. He showed me how to do step by step. He smiled the entire time, I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience!!! Beyond impressed!!!
I went in there not knowing what I need and Google being about as useful as a fly at a picnic. Thankfully the lady at the counter was able to help me quick and recommended a great windshield wiper I could afford but worked for the crazy winter weather we got hit with. While she put them on another worker (I believe the manager) scrapped the snow off my car . The customer service this team has is amazing ♥️ I'll be going to AutoZone verus walmart from now on
Dale was awesome. When another auto parts store sold me the wrong rotors for my Jeep twice, Dale was on it! He asked me what was happening and asked for measurements and sold me the correct rotors the first time and they fix perfectly! I will not shop any where else from now on!!
Service was horrible. We had gone to get brake pads and had exact information about the car that was needed. An employee there, just sat there and laughed at us like we didn’t know what we were talking about. Refused to sell us anything because of “not enough information” This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this place will never go to AutoZone in Canal Fulton again.
Had them pull the OBDC code so I could know what was causing the Check Engine Light.
They used the scan tool, read the code, explained the fault, and showed me what part I need in order to fix it.
All done professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
Will go here again.
