Hoped on the phone to get a tow and he asked what I needed.. I obviously need a tow if I’m calling a tow company, then he proceeded to fall asleep, I could hear him snoring over the phone. Waited for 15 mins on the phone talking trying to wake him up. Terrible service and waste of time
One of your drivers, believe had Harley on his work shirt name patch, had a AAA tow for a Malibu from Circleville up to Groveport. Did a fantastic job and was able to maneuver his rollback around my apartment complex like he lived there. Good job and thanks again !
Waited 3 hours for a truck to get there and then a stranger finally helped me out. Driver showed up right as I was finishing up and was still charged $50 for him just showing up. Don’t recommend.
First off I called numerous times and no response when I finally did get them to answer it was 2 hours of trying to call them where as I was stranded on the side of the road with my wife and 2 sons ages 6 and 9 it was hot as heck outside and to really top the cake they told me they would be there within 20 minutes and I waited 2 hrs n they never showed so therefore I CALLED D&J TOWING OUTTA CIRCLEVILLE OHIO AND LET ME TELL YA THIS THEY WAS THERE IN 12 MINUTES FLAT UNBELEIVABLE BEST TOW COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED SO WHEN IN NEED I RECOMMEND D&J TOWING HANDS DOWN
This company is a joke.
They were subcontracted to tow my vehicle to a mechanics shop after hours on a Sunday, Name and suite number verified.
The shop notified me, upon opening Monday, that the vehicle never arrived. I called the original driver and he gave me a shop name of somewhere else that he claimed he took it, and when I called that shop they did not have the vehicle. Later on ANOTHER shop that’s actually a collision center- and not a mechanics shop contacted that they had my vehicle on their lot. After speaking with people and not reaching a superior or getting an update I sent someone else to move my vehicle bc it could not wait. When I was eventually contacted the woman who called me argued saying it was delivered to the correct location. Make that make sense. When the name of the shop and address and suite number are provided. But the keys and vehicle are dropped at a completely different shop and a different suite, etc.
So, no it was not delivered to the right place- CLEARLY. & to argue with a customer over it and be rude about the situation is absolutely ridiculous. I ended up hanging up because their disrespect and unaccountability was not worth my energy.
Not to mention when I told people from the area what was going on while trying to figure it out they said it sounded like Fletchers. I don’t understand how they have 4.4 stars with that kind of customer service.
Responded quick and great service. I locked myself out of my car on a Friday night. Once I called, the driver arrived within 20 minutes. They saved my night!
Called AAA for a flat tire and Fletchers was to respond. Waitied 2 hours before calling AAA back and Fletchers closed the case because I supposedly wasn't there! Was literally parked in the state highway patrol offices driveway. Thanks to the officer who helped me.
Called at 12 told me they would be there at 1 no show so I call and the guy says he's 5 minutes away wait another hour call again say the driver is 5 minutes away 45 minutes later he arrives. What a mess
I know this is through no fault of their own it's just the way things are now about I have been waiting for three months for them to move my shed. They've been waiting on parts for the truck that can move it in this is ridiculous that people have to wait like this and their business go downhill because if they're just waiting to move my shed how much towing service have they lost? I know they're down to one truck and these companies should be ashamed of themselves can't get the parts out and delivered in a timely manner.
We lost transmission fluid on the middle of the night on the way home from friends. We had to pull in a strangers driveway off the main road. We called our insurance company for road side assistance. Almost two hours later the said the earliest the could tow us was 7:30 IN THE MORNING!! We started calling at 11:30pm. So we found Fletchers towing after calling two other places with no luck. Paul answered the phone and was very pleasant.He took down our location and was there to get us all within 20 mins!! He was extremely helpful and kind. We where driving a 1941 Chevy rat rod pick up truck. Paul was awesome and worked with my husband to get the truck on the flat bed the safest way with out damaging the truck. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone. Paul Williams was EXCELLENT, they have a great employee.
These guys went out of there way to help us in the cold weather. They had problems getting my wheel off that was a flat tire, but never gave up in like 10 degrees weather. If you need help call these guys, great price,perfesional service. I will never try anyone else after last night...
My tie rod came off my wheel day after Christmas and I was broke down with my daughter we were both so scared we never been broke down before. Fletcher's did an amazing job even on a very busy day for them. I want to thank them for all they did to help us get home safe ☺️
They helped my mom out she was stuck in the McDonald’s parking lot they were fast and the guy that came out to help was really nice & knew what he was doing. My mom was very embarrassed getting stuck in the drive thru but they were pretty quick about it & the lady on the phone was very professional & nice.
From beginning to end the service was sublime took special care of my car because it’s lower than a stock setup was recommended by a local shop and couldn’t be happier
This time i could not afford to use them. Not their fault didnt have funds available. We have use them several times before and had no problem with them

Pulled over on the side of 23S because of a check engine light and happened to be in the Fletcher's parking lot. Brandon came out of the building to help me diagnose the problem. I'm a medical device rep and I was on my way to Adena Regional Medical Center for a surgical case with limited time to get there. Brandon couldn't have been more responsive, professional and helpful! He went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. I definitely recommend Fletcher's Towing!
I locked my keys in my car and I called the towing company. They came to help very quickly. Got the keys out of my car super fast and then also helped to get my car to stop sounding the alarm. The guy was very patient and helpful to my boyfriend and I. Only $40 dollars compared to most companies that charge a lot of money to get keys out of cars. Definitely will use again if something like this happens again
Ran outta gas...was kinda bummed about the $25 service fee, but the guy was very nice. He even told me to stay in the car while he put the has in because he was worried about me getting hit. If I ever run outta gas far from home again and need help, they'll definitely be the first place I'll call.
I love the fact that they were there shortly after the accident and the fact that they would not let no one else touch my car without my consent

I received service from Fletcher's, via AAA. Travis, the tech who serviced my car, was very professional. He followed procedure. He tested my battery to confirm it was dead. He also explained well the warranty for my new battery. Now, I can still make it in to work for a half night because of my tech's timeliness.
Thanks to driver that assisted me at Aldi's parking lot on Thursday, 10/24/2019 at 9:45 a.m. Got me going at a reasonable price!! Thanks!! I'll always call Fletcher's!!
