These people can't get to my level in the repo world and got bent out of shape over a transport bailout that was 3 years ago. Now they try and get me and the company I work for banned from transports to Mannheim.

Towed my car a red fiesta, then reported it as a grey focus to the sheriff department. I believe it was reported incorrectly to delay me finding it and collect more storage. Also they said no parking passes but it was next to the gear shift.
I cannot recommend them enough. I was heading home from work around midnight when the driver side rear control arm of my car gave out. I was stranded on the side of 23 and called damn near all the 24 hour tow services. Literally half of them did not answer the phone and the ones that did gave me an ETA of anywhere from 4-6 hours for a tow, that or "We do not have availability currently". That was when I happened across Last Notice Towing. The phone rang once, the lady that answered was friendly, was flexible and patient with the information and scheduled me a tow in half hour to forty five minutes. The gentlemen that showed up was prompt with the pickup, had a good attitude and respected the situation and even dropped me off at my home afterwards. Last Notice Towing and Recovery has earned a customer for life. They were there when none of the other towing services weren't and their character showed. They are what alot of big commercial tow should strive to be. Thank you guys!

My car broke down on the highway. My driver met with me and got me taken care of. I cant recommend this guy enough. Easily the best customer service I've experienced. The best part was the genuine care he seemed to show.
Chris and Kayla are the best!!! They came and changed my tire and jumped my car at 3 am when my roadside assistance couldn’t. They have the best customer service and the work was quick and amazing.
If I could give them zero stars I would they charged me 2,700 to keep my car for a week I have a break down of the receipt because my insurance was so shocked by the amount I was being charged. My insurance company did not want them to have my car any longer so they sent a different tow company to get my car and take it to Columbus. They couldn't give me the right address because the Google address listed was a house not a business so that cost me a extra day on the lot very unprofessional. And just to be crystal clear I hit one camper not three so yes it was tow and storage for one week. And my insurance had a different company tow my car to Columbus because of how expensive it was.
Refused to answer the phone told us to just text and did not reply back in a timely manner and all we wanted to know is where the place was since there address was just someone’s house
An elderly parent drove through cornfields and into a ditch. The towing gentleman came out and retrieved the car, brought it back to the road, then offered to either drop it there for us (it was drivable) or haul it back to town. No charge either way. Really affirmed some faith in humanity, and greatly appreciated!
We bought a 1980's Porsche that had been sitting in a field for over a decade. The tires wouldn't hold air and the brakes were seized. Last Notice Towing offered the best price for hauling the car 11 miles to our house and they were there exactly at the time that we requested. The car was obviously a challenge to move, but the driver/operator was highly skilled and was able to masterfully load and unload the car and carefully placed it in our driveway exactly where we needed it to sit. We highly recommend this company and we will call them first with future towing/hauling needs.
Best towing service. A+ service and the best rates around. I called for a tow at midnight cause my car broke down, they towed me 100 miles to southern Ohio with no problem. I would definitely recommend!
These guys came out to Columbus from Circleville on Saturday night and towed my van to my repair shop. It was late and everyone else was closed. If these guys didn't come, my van would have been towed by the city. The guy was very friendly and professional, even though he had just driven for 30+ minutes at night to help me out. Good people
