bunch of kids and women that have no idea, selling the wrong parts. And the kid behind the counter not understanding I’m trying to turn the cores in for the warranty. Trying to sell me the parts and telling me to bring in the cores, I told him I bought the parts yesterday and these are the cores. Certain kind of special there. I won’t be back.
My car battery died at the nearby Kroger and had to walk over to AutoZone for a new battery. One of their employees (Jazzy?) was extremely helpful with the whole process. She even walked over multiple times in the freezing cold to help swap batteries in the Kroger parking. She went above and beyond!
Not much to say about Auto Zone. They were open early. Had what I needed (oil) and someone would've probably helped me if I had asked. Staff seems friendly, and check out was quick (not busy yet).
Conveniently located on my way home and to work.
Store Manager, Logan, is such an impressive, kindhearted, caring, and enthusiastic soul. She is so deserving of her title and I’m so grateful to have met her! Her team is awesome too, super good vibes here. Thank you for keeping me safe on the roads!
There are some very helpful employees at this store! My car's alternator had died during my morning commute and completly drained my battery. The manager of this location Logan was tremediously helplful with figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle and helping me get it fixed. Another worker Tyler as even kind enough to put the alternator in saving me so much trouble having to get a tow! Needless to say, this amazing customer service has made this my go to store from now on.

I have to say I’ve had 2 excellent experiences at this autozone with Mac ! The first was having him replace a turning signal. And the second was helping me on a very cold snowy day when my battery went dead at home. I got a jump and upon testing it it showed the battery needed replaced . He didn’t hesitate going out in the 15 degree temperature to take out the old and out in the new. Such a great help He is SUPER knowledgeable and I can’t say enough about his customer service !
Outstanding knowledge and service! Needed windshield wipers. Purchased the recommended pair (which were the mid-price set). It was a cold blustery day yet the expert service tech offered and installed them for free! I’m officially a customer for life. 😃
My recent visit to the Waterville AutoZone was very good. I stopped to recycle used oil and get new wiper blades. The sales associate was very helpful carrying the oil from my car and putting on the new wiper blades. The store was very neat and clean with everything you need for your car.
Purchased 2 low beam headlights and they had on their website that they installed them as a customer courtesy. I ask if they would and they did it without hesitation. They were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I can’t remember the names. One may have been Matt but not sure. I will be going back.
I want to show appreciation for this wonderful and very helpful guy MACK ! He way out of his way to help me with my every need tools, returns and help with couple troubles I ran into changing rotors and brake pads. Mack is the very best employee of this autozone on pray boulevard I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! He will always be my go to guy. A Very gracious thanks to you and God bless you sevenfold !! You were a blessing to me on this day in aiding me from start to finish! I'd give 6 stars if I could !
My family and I were traveling and needed headlamp bulbs. Tyler was extremely helpful in identifying the bulbs and went the extra mile to ensure they were installed correctly before getting back on the road. He is top notch!
Brought in a wrangler that didn’t have the tool kit to take the doors off. Wish I got the younger guys name that helped me, but he was great. Super helpful and took time to make sure I got the right thing. Give that kid a raise
Headlight was blown, I purchased 2 news ones. Dominic offered to change them for me. He went above & beyond as this wasn't an easy task. Job well done & much appreciated! I think you should allow your outstanding workers to receive tips!

Super helpful and friendly manager and staff saving us time when our windshield wiper flew off on a road trip. They removed the other blade to ensure we bought the right one and installed both before we finished paying! Highly recommend!
Very good experience!! Our windshield wiper broke off on the highway so we had to pull in here. We didn’t know what quite happened or what would need to happen in order for us to get back on the road to see our family for the holidays. We walked in and they immediately greeted us and found the exact product we needed within minutes. They changed our windshield wiper out and we were out in 5 minutes!! Super nice people and knowledgeable. We thought this would add a huge time addition to our trip but we were wrong!
This store saved my entire Christmas. Mack not only got us the parts we needed, but gave as advice about the parts to help save money, and time. Additionally they were sweet to my fiancé and I and made sure we got an immediate refund for a part we didn’t need! The entire staff was attentive and helpful! Thank everyone in this store for making our holiday a little less stressful
