I would absolutely die on a hill for the people who work here. I dropped my car off on Monday for a hood repair only. It was ready by Friday. When I picked my car up, I noticed my car was extra clean and thought it was sweet that they vacuumed for me. After closer inspection while driving, I was like hm my driver side mirror looks different (it’s been broken for literally 4 years) then I realized they found the replacement part in my backseat, painted it and attached it for me… without charging us for it and they weren’t even looking for a thank you since they didn’t tell us at check out that they did that. I would recommend them a thousand times over and over and will be returning if I need anything else serviced. Absolutely amazing, thank you!!
Our power window regulator failed. I took vehicle in after lunch, and by 4pm, they got it in, confirmed the problem, replaced the motor, and had it ready to be returned.

I would highly recommend Waterville Bodyworks! John, Randy and their team did an outstanding job with repairs to our family van after a deer collision at the end of September. Can't thank them enough for their efforts! The van looks brand new!
After telling me they had the people and equipment to restore my f450 that had been in a collision i turned my work truck over to them. They had the truck tied up waiting to start being fixed from roughly 5/1/2022 until 10/5/2022 when they told me they didn't have the people and equipment to fix my truck and i had to find someone else to fix it. I'm filing a civil suite against them. I've never sued someone and i don't want to. They knew it was my work truck and just didn't care. They cost me a small fortune. Randy and john are the 2 that run it. John is more honest than randy. Neither are honorable men. Randy is the most dishonest "businessman" I've ever came across. Take your vehicle to any body shop in north west ohio besides them. They're both such a$$holes that their staff is almost always new. Don't go to them.
These guys did an AMAZING job on my CR-V! I was hit in the front and it now looks brand new! Despite the delay on parts which was way out of their hands I recommend these guys to everyone!

Took my vehicle in for a scratch repair. They gave me the lowest quote and have great customer services. Nice surprise to find my car cleaned inside and out! Oh and they did a great job on the scratch repair!
If I could give negative stars, I would. I live in the area and have been here 2x, both times leaving without my car even being LOOKED at. The most recent time, the heavy set mustached nacho libre came from another room and rudily dismissed me, even after I had direction from my insurance agent to go here first to get a quote. He told me I was wrong, even after I told him what my agent had just told me. It's sad because it would be nice to just head down the street to give business to a local company, but FORGET that, I'll send my next car to California before I step back foot in this joke of an establishment. -5/5
Just picked up my husbands truck that had some bodywork done. He was very impressed that they washed the outside and cleaned up the interior. He said it felt like new again. We will definitely be back the next time our cars need work.
I would highly recommend Waterville Bodyworks for your collision repairs.They recently repaired the rear quarter panel on my 2017 chevy silverado. When i picked it up , they not only repaired it excellently but had detailed it inside and out. I send out a special thank you to Randy and John and the staff for a job well done!!
Great local body shop. I have never used them for "major" work, but they do a lot of little touch up jobs and small rust removal for our fleet. Even though we aren't insurance jobs, they still take the time to do our stuff. The work has always been first rate and turnaround time is pretty good.
If you have a car you love I would recommend you use this company to periodically go through the car and take care of the body and any issues that arise over years of driving.
Very rude to us, looking for some work on a vehicle. Acted as if they didn't have time to look at the vehicle. Surprising because they were recommended by more than one person. Very taken aback by how we were treated.
Got rear ended by another car. They did very excellent work and were even kind enough to do a discount for the person who hit my car. I left with a car in perfect condition, with a perfect paint job plus they even completely detailed the car inside and out! Great employees and the owners are wonderful.
