As normal they get you in fast, check all points during inspection and get you out quickly. I have had them do a lot of work on my SuperDuty and it always comes out great. Awesome customer service and pricing. Highly recommend them.

Went in to test drive a truck. Talked to my salesman for a few minutes. Came back later in the day to negotiate, but unfortunately didn’t close a deal. On the way home, I received a call from my salesman that met both of our likings. Did all of the paperwork online at home, and the next day went in and purchased the truck. I was only in Harrison Ford for a half an hour at the most. Really liked my salesman Chad. And love my new truck. One of the most painless car purchases I’ve ever made.

I got the works package. It includes inspections of several different things. It includes a oil change and tires rotation and checking all fluid levels. I got there just in time for them to open and was in and out in 45 minutes. I've always gotten good service. I think the price is getting a little high because I think $94 is more than it should be.
Very nice gentleman when I dropped off my car for a routine oil change & I told him I wanted to use my ford pass points he said ok we will apply at pick up. When I picked up my car the gentleman was a little annoyed that I didn’t state I wanted to use my ford points & he said next time you need to tell us @ drop off & I assure him I did… the guy must not have jotted that down…So that wasn’t my fault & I didn’t appreciate the attitude.
Took our grandson's car in for anmoil change and tire rotation. It was last minute but Harrison did a great job trying to fit us in. They have done this in the past with our Granddaughter and my wife's car.

PS. We even discussed options to keeping the mice or whatever rodents they were away from the vehicle. Spray under the hood with a mixture of peppermint oil and water.
Google search "keep rodents out of car engine" as I am sure I'm not the only one with this issue.
If you do not like where you take your car to get fixed and are not happy with the mechanics. The service department, the owner and the appearance of the building. Take it directly to the service department.Or the owner. I have lived in wellington, ohio since 1990. I've made a lot of bad choices in my life. And I overcame every single victory by being patient. That is definitely not my virtue.However, I have found through life's experience that I can get a lot more achieved when I slow down. Especially in this industry, it can sometime be challenging to encounter such consistently positive and upbeat individuals. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been outstanding. Special shoutouts to Will Loveheart, Phil Hurst, Ryon Berkel, and Nick Andrew Greer, Its so funny that I remember all there names, I not normally good at that. Those people always takes great care when picking up our vehicles. They have an exceptional ability to diagnose problems accurately and come up with effective solutions, all while taking excellent care of the vehicles.
