There’s at least 4 auto parts stores in Wellington. No one wanted Oreillys when they move here but it’s is the only one that is active in the community- you can walk in and ask for anything and they will help you. The manager is pretty well known by Every farmer & they all go there. Most people go there because we want to buy from a store that gives back.
I had a stuck bearing and they had.me.bring the parts over and helped me get it disassembled. Then they had all the parts and tools to get it done. Very friendly staff too.
Very helpful employees. Dog friendly. Didn't have what I was looking for but offered to order the part and/or help me locate it. Wasn't even a car part, was a Harley part. She was knowledgeable and professional. Thank you O'Reilly Auto for hiring her.
Went in thinking I needed a battery, a alternator, or belt they tested system for free saved me several hundred dollars & let me know my newer vehicle had (in my terms) smart charging where the vehicle only engages alternator when battery needs to be charged & that unlike older model vehicle between 12+to 16 is operating range of "smart charging" on my silverado
Have been coming since you opened...here is the issue. I'm not a car guy, never have been, never will be. But whomever the fella was that took my call today 3/30/23 around 215pm...sir.. you need to be more patient and understanding. Because the way you spoke to me today cost you two customers. We quickly called Autozone after hanging up and they set us right up. Will be going there from here on out.
I'm a semi- retired ASE MasterTech and Carrie helped me set up an account with them. Very friendly and supportive staff. Look forward to doing business with them in the future
O'Reillys saved the day for me, being open on Thanksgiving so I could replace my wifes headlights before her trip early Friday. Staff was great, happy and helpful.
I called them this morning at exactly 9:10 to confirm that they were open, since their opening time is listed as 7:30 but I just wanted to make sure. The manager "Buddy" answered the phone and told me that it was 7:10 and that they weren't open until 7:30. This so called "Manager" ended up opening 2 HOURS LATE and didn't even know it. I came in finally to return my junk alternator, and the redhead I talked to said that she misread "Alternator" for "starter" when looking through my records the day before and they couldn't replace my alternator even when they themselves already said they could. BOTTOM LINE IS AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO TO AUTOZONE INSTEAD.
Their obd-2 device was broken and they said "someone must have dropped it" they had no other option and told me they couldn't help, the employee was short and very rude.
