Never trust them to actually put an order in. Called them yesterday because my starter went out, They promised overnight shipping for an up charge. When I went to pick it up today, they have no record apparently of any order placed. Luckily the local Oreillys got me taken care of!
The staff here seemed friendly and as knowledgeable as any Autozone worker normally is. I haven’t had anyone issues returning parts or other issues I’ve seen commonly experienced at Autozones. The advice I’d give anyone going to Autozone is, know what you’re looking for, do research before hand to gauge prices (Autozone does price match) and check the part before leaving to try and confirm it’s the correct one. Many a time have I gotten all the way home and it’s the wrong part. You’ll save yourself a lot of time and headache if you just check the part before leaving.
These guys are really helpful what an amazing staff they have especially Dave He was even nice enough to help me put a license plate on my vehicle I will always be a loyal customer than the competition across the street A+ service and staff in my book These guys really know how customer service works Thank You Auto Zone.
My light burned out & I originally took it to Walmart, where they said I had to go to a mechanic & they didn't have the light I needed. So I came to Auto Zone in Wellington & the manager Bret Installed my light & wipers in the hail & rain with a smile on his face! He was so knowledgeable & professional! Super grateful for their amazing service & products ❤️ 20/10 highly recommend. Even the lady who was the cashier was so helpful & nice. All around good experience!!

Tim, the manager, was super rude. Showed no common courtesy, very arrogant. There’s many ways to handle a situation that you don’t like, and how he handled it was not a good one.
Employees somewhat rude. Walked around for 15 minutes looking at stuff and nobody offered help. Found same oil I needed for $10-$15 less online, so I ended up leaving.
Tim, the store manager, and the rest of Wellington crew always do a fantastic job. They’re very timely in their service and put the customer first. I always go to this location for all of my vehicle needs because of how valued they make me feel.
Brakes completely gone, pad crumbled while driving. Called local store was told they had what i desperately needed to get back on the road. Passed up another supplier on way to shop local. Can you believe it when i got there dude that said they had it was gone and all i got was "sorry". Within minutes empl on cell not a carr in the world. My missed day of work means nothing to them.
Always a great experience shopping here. Just moved to Wellington from Amherst where there is also another AutoZone, so it's nice to have something familiar in a new place. Prices are (more often than not) cheaper than the competition, although a few of the employees I've come across don't know as much about the topics I ask about as I'd like, but they usually find someone who does. Either way they're always friendly and have great people skills. (Plus you've got the AutoZone rewards program, which I really like!)
Last night on 2/01/2021, My windshield on my driver side decided to stop working during a blizzard. My husband and I need to get home in which was about 30 minutes away. Then my other wiper blade on the passenger side decided to fly off. UGH! We stopped in at AutoZone to buy a new one and Brett S. assisted my husband in purchasing the new blades. My husband wasn't able to get them on... SO he thought they were the wrong ones. He went back in and Brett S. went out of his way to come help and was able to pop the blades on no problem. Once he realized that the drivers side wiper wasn't working he said "this happened just last week and I think I can help " :) He went and grabbed a wrench and stood outside in the blizzard to tighten the wiper blade arm. It worked! We were able to make it home safe and I couldn't be more happy and thankful for Brett S. I can not thank him enough! He is a great asset to this company and I will be buying all my parts from here from now on ..... Customer service is on point! Thank You again Brett S... We appreciate you!

Second time I've had to deal with poor service. If you sell me on the monthly oil special dont slip in an oil filter twice as expensive as the limit allows for the deal. Been over charged to many times. This location care more about selling you stuff you dont need then helping it customers. I'm done
Staff is knowledgeable with all this auto and the shelves are always stocked. Plus I get a military discount when I shop there, so that's always a plus
Sure wish I could remember the young man's name that helped me! God bless good, out going worker's that don't mind getting there hands dirty! I tried to tip him but he would not accept it, said he was glad to help! These people really care about customers!
Love AutoZone. Brent at the Wellington store is the Best! He is extremely knowledgeable and deserves to be a regional manager for you guys so he can train others with his vast auto and customer knowledge and service.
Working in a shop I can get parts dirt cheap however work is 45 minutes away. So off to aitozone I go. Preparing to over pay for a set of rotors and pads for my truck f8nd out they are running a sale and got everything at a fair price and saved myself a 1.5 of drive time
Some of the best people I've ever come across in my life. I broke down in their parking lot and they stayed late to make sure I got my problem taken care of. Thank you very much autozone for hiring such amazing people.
Staff has poor knowledge of vehicals and can pretty much tell you what their computer says. If you work in an auto parts store you should at least know more than how to change oil. Will drive to elyria instead
Several times I have purchased parts only to learn that the salesman sold me the wrong parts. Best to double check part numbers on the box against what is in the computer. Returning the parts took a while because of the mix up in parts numbers.
Great staff help me out the best they can. Have a large selection, even a huge assorted spray paint selection with things I didn't know existed. Also the free tool rental has been a great asset to a small town.
