Chris is good manager, takes heis time never had any problems helpful and good at finding parts that's hard to get helped me out a lot, any problems you do have talk to him and he takes care of it
I was there this AM and bought some windshield wiper blades that were well overdue. It’s -5 degrees out. Without asking Chris gladly came out and put them on for me. Thanks Chris for your outstanding service!
I purchased windshield wiper blades at an O’Reilly’s in Alabama recently while visiting my daughter. Unfortunately, the woman who sold them to me was not comfortable doing the free installation. So when I got back home to Ohio, I went into the O’Reillys in Heath. Chris the manager was working and I asked him (even though I didn’t purchase them there) if he could install my new windshield wiper blades. He was so helpful, professional, kind and did an excellent job. So pleased with his exceptional service today!
Went in to check a battery and have it charged well I go back to get it nobody has a clue that I just was there a hr ago. Anyway I hear the guy in the back says, "Who charged it?" OH well it wasn't turned on and brings it out don't say a word didn't tell me if it was good or not. Got home and it's deader than it was.next time I'll go to autozone. Please O'Reilly is way overpriced
I was greeted when I went in. I inky needed a turn signal bulb. They had a book to verify the correct bulb for your car. They did have it, easy check out. They seem to have all the basic car care and repair items.
My grandson's car died in the vicinity of their parking lot. They came out and verified it was the alternator. They had one in stock and it was $180 less than the mechanic's quote so I bought it. Great service. Very helpful.
Ordered couple cans of paint needing to finsh the job. waited a week called paint never got ordered, vinney the manager said I’ll pick it up tonight have it first thing in the morning if I have a problem I’ll call. wasted a second trip he forgot to pick it up two trips wasted still no paint
Great people working there. I was going to buy something there but the sales person told me the truth about it and saved me a lot of money. It's my go to place now.
