Absolute clown show.....scheduled an alignment, after an hour was told they couldn't do the alignment due to my vehicle needing all new joints..because they were "loose".
Parts were not even a month old on vehicle, dealer replaced....took it back to the dealer and was shown the parts were perfect.
Came to the conclusion that Firestone no longer wanted my business.
Customer Service was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. When the tech who was doing my 120,000 inspection came across the 2 things that he found, he came to show me a picture of the issue. And when I told him I had no clue as to what I was looking at he explained to me what it was so I understood what I was looking at.I also was impressed at the fact that they didn't charge me for air filters and other things that I didn't need replacement on. Other businesses would of charged me for it whether it was needed or not.
Had serpentine belt replaced, still was squeaking the day after I had it replaced, took it to gmc dealership and they put the wrong size belt on and did not mention to me I had a bad pulley after asking them to inspect it.
My wife and I broke down on a cross country road trip. Cody and Chris went above and beyond to help get us back on the road as fast and as safely as possible. Great service, professional, friendly, generous…this is why I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for over 15 years.
I went in for diagnostic testing on my vehicle. They were able to pinpoint the issue and have it fixed the same day whi h is a huge deal for me. They were upfront with cost and there was no pressure to upsell or add on services i didn't need. The whole process was so pleasant. I will be coming back.
Nicole picked up the phone quickly and answered my questions about my tires and was able to get me in within 30 minutes. She was very helpful. So glad I'm able to get these tires fixed and fixed soon!
This is the second time I went to Firestone for a service. They were honest and told me that I did not need it. That is rare these days. I’m grateful and I will continue to come here for all of my oil changes, tire needs and other services. The management and employees should be commended for their service and honesty!!!!

I went in with my daughter's car and thought this was going to be an easy fix. Her windiw is off track. They worked so hard to fix it and realized that it was more going on. The young man called me out showed me the issue and said that he was ordering the parts needed. He stayed and worked on the car even though he had a family emergency. I was really impressed. The car is not right yet, but I believe it will be. They said we will receive a call when the part is in. Great customer service. I highly recommend!
Refused to replace tires because they couldn't get the lugnuts off. Not sure how a 'mechanic' isn't equipped for stubborn lugnuts. Didn't call to let me know there was an issue, waited until i called to check in. Now I have to continue dealing with leaky and possibly unsafe tires. Thanks!
Prices were also outrageous, I was willing to do it because I thought it would be good service and products. Still cost $160 for oil change and wiper blades ?
I got an alignment. Was told on the phone it would be around $120. Found out it was around $145 or so before taxes. I asked them to check the front end while aligning it. They said it was all good and they aligned it. Ended up costing me around $160 after taxes. I've been hearing a noise the more I drive it and finally looked under the car and realize my control arm bushing are worn. So now I'll be replacing them and, go figure, I'll have to pay another shop for another alignment.
Another great experience at this location. This is my second visit and they were just as helpful and friendly as the first. Services were completed quickly and professionally. Explained everything to me.
Update is they never put the gasket in on the oil pickup smh and didnt put all the bolts in the oil pan so...If they would let me do no stars I would sent my car in for a check engine light they told me it needed a oil change paid for that said that my oil pan was leaking told them to fix it turns out they fixed it only to blow my motor up and say they gave me a discount and wanted to wash there hands of the car that they wasn't fixing it and was on me said even though the vehicle was under there care they wasn't responsible for it asked if they would just fix whatever was wrong said its your problem not ours her words not mine so I had to contact there corporate office anyways Nichole there manager was extremely rude and disrespectful over all experiences was a nightmare had to have my vehicle towed to a different shop this store should be closed or at the least she should have her job taken from her
Wow, this is the new Firestone Complete Auto Care store in Heath Ohio. I stopped in to check it out and to get a quote for tires for my SUV. I only purchase Firestone and Bridgestone tires for my vehicles. Nicole and all of her staff were just wonderful! They were friendly and welcoming. I will be returning to purchase my tires prior to my cross country trips and I appreciate that I can apply for a Firestone card for peace of mind and purchasing power for my upcoming trips!
Adding to this as a follow up visit. Nicole and crew took really good care of me. They got me in immediately for a tire repair that ended up being a tire replacement. They showed me the problem with pictures and complete explanations as well as setting up The order and installation appointment for new tires as well as getting my oil changed done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with my experiences with (Firestone).
Despite one of the front people getting into an accident and not being able to make it in on time they still managed to get someone to come in and cover until the next scheduled person could make it in. Excellent service even in an emergency/unexpected short staff. The staff is friendly and keeps you informed on what’s going on with your vehicle. Another little bonus is the keurig coffee they have unlike most places they have vanilla creamer as well. Definitely an excellent place to take your vehicle.
Soo far, soo good. I just got here but the place is clean, cool (not humid and sticky), and the employees are kind. This review is at the beginning so I don't know the diagnosis nor how much to pay yet. ?
This place is great! So glad I went there. They help you, they understand you, they don’t try and take advantage of you and they work with you, in and out. Didn’t wait for hours.
Very good experience. Gage was absolutely amazing, great customer service, and friendly. I wish I knew the other guys name but not sure exactly but I would love to add him with this but I don’t wanna get it wrong. But they were both great and I will definitely be going there for sure. Screw GY.
Did an AC inspection because the cold air stopped flowing. They found the issue and fixed my car within the day which was great. Reasonable price. Excellent communication/service with 3 calls throughout the day.
