Gavin was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Having worked as a line technician at a dealership many years ago, I don’t easily trust others with my vehicles. When I experienced a coolant leak on my F-150, Gavin diagnosed and repaired the issue promptly and at a very reasonable price. I’m very grateful to have found a trustworthy garage close to home.

I brought my 2004 Toyota Avalon into Caudell’s Garage for a horn issue and a few other small concerns, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone there was incredibly respectful and easy to talk to, they explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They took care of my horn issue quickly and even went the extra mile to make sure everything else was working properly before I left. I really appreciated their honesty and how they handled the repair with such care and integrity. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both convenient and genuinely committed to doing right by their customers, but Caudell’s definitely is. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future maintenance.

Honest, fast, very reasonable pricing. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing automotive repairs, will definitely be coming back to get more things wrapped up. An actual mechanic. Replaced both front lower control arms, shock mounts, shocks in under 3 hours.

Had called a few days ago to get me in today Monday August 18 break pads and rotors, and yeah, got me in this morning and did a good job always does a great job for my car and my family's cars as well i recommend the guy to everyone I can does great .... This guy is fantastic, partner and i had a 12hr drive home from a music festival and he answered his phone when his shop was supposed to be closed on snuck us in purely out of kindness. He was quick and efficient as well, i highly recommend this garage!

Had a wheel bearing replaced and my window moters looked at. Didnt plug the speakers back in on the right side front lr back. Other than that i apperceiated the quick service. Car was dropped off friday night around midnight and it was ready that sunday.

It’s Sunday my only day off work and I really needed my tires changed. I called Caudell's Garage and thankful he was able to meet me at the garage to help me. I had to bring my 8yr old daughter with me and he had an arcade machine to keep her busy. I have never had better auto service than I had today. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend! I called the shop on a Thursday explained I’d just had my vehicle at the dealership for repairs & when I picked it up the car was still making a squeaking sound coming from where the belt was. I asked the dealership with the sound was, and they said that radiator fluid had probably gotten on the bell and that it should burn off. A couple weeks had gone by and the sound kept getting worse and worse so finally I decided to go ahead and call Cell’s garage and I’m so thankful I did. Gavin had me stop into his shop. He checked out the sound found that the belt was rubbing against my engine the tensioner was also bad and there was an oil leak in the engine from a leaking gasket. The dealership did not bring any of that to my attention. Mr. Caudell repaired my car today & it’s as quiet as the day I purchased it. Customer for life. Professional & courteous! I would recommended him to my family & friends. Support small business.

Instead of spending my money at a franchise like Tire Discounters I chose to have my car serviced at Caudell’s. I needed the front strut assemblies replaced and they were awesome. Very professional, saved me a substantial amount of money, and they had my car ready to go within 24 hours after the initial drop off. When I need repairs I will be checking with them first from now on. ?

Gavin is a good dude. Won't steer you wrong. I was told I needed tie rod ends from another shop he took another look and let me know I didn't need them yet and saved me some money

Redone the whole suspension on the back half of my truck and had to do a ton of work to make it right than powder coated it to make it last. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone now truck is safe to drive. He was friendly and kept me up to date about it the whole time. And works all the time a great guy.

I came in from out of state to buy a car on a Saturday. The manager told me I couldn’t take the car to an inspection but could bring someone in for it. Gavin generously came to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon to advocate for me and do a thorough inspection. All this on short notice. I had my car towed to Caudell’s on a recommendation from a friend. And it was the best thing I could have done. Gavin communicated all relevant info and kept me informed about where he was with fixing my car. Although I’m sure I was “extra”, he never made me feel like I was bothering him. He took the time to explain what was happening and what he was doing with my car and had a plan of attack for how to go about fixing it. Needless to say, Caudell’s is now my go-to shop for anything with my car.

I've had the need for vehicle repair twice recently and not only is this garage reasonably priced he's extremely knowledgeable and unimaginably fast. I have NEVER had my car fixed so quick and when it's your only vehicle fast is a big PLUS. Very nice guy too !
