These people are great! From Rochelle (sp?) at reception to James at towing. Friendly, fast, professional and no hassle. Incredibly reasonable in price. Very satisfied under the worst of situations (fuel pump went out). Will definitely call them again if ever I need this local service. I will recommend to anyone in need - gladly.
Called AAA when my wife’s 2014 Ford Edge died today. They sent Jae’s Towing to the rescue. Robbie arrived asked just a few questions and used his battery to help get the car up on his tow truck. Very good natured person and very professional service. He towed it to the local Ford dealership where we hope it will be fixed tomorrow.
These guys were AWESOME! Eta was 30min or so but arrived in about 5! They also provided me with their live location to see when they would get to me. They changed my tire in about 5 min. They are also very reasonable with their pricing. I will definitely be calling these guys if I ever need a tow or tire change again! Thank you guys so much!
Everyone I was in contact with were so compassionate and sweet about my situation. The tow driver was hands down THE best! Professional and cared about recovering my car. He listened and even gave me good advice lol. Thank you Jae's towing if I am ever in that area again and need a tow I now know who to call.
If I'm being 100% Honest, I have dealt with Jae"s Towing several times over the years and have never been a fan; UNTIL TODAY!! I don't know what I did right but I feel like I hit the Tow Truck Driver Lottery...!! That's not something you hear everyday!! My driver was next best thing to doing it myself. He was courtesy, informative, showed up early and handled EVERYTHING because I couldn't be there at that time! He called and told me when he was joking up and even asked if I had any special requests because he knew I wouldn't be there. Then he Took a picture of it delivered safely and sent it to me..!!!

Booked through AAA. Quick Arrival considering where I was located. I did ride to my location with the driver he was nice in the truck was clean. Overall a really great experience from my first time ever needing a tow. My mechanic also had good things to say about the company.

Jae’s saved me when my tire blew on 70 W in this week’s snow storm. They towed us to a hotel and came back to put my donut on the next day as roads cleared up a bit. Price was reasonable considering I was in an emergency situation.

The man who delivered our car today was so incredibly nice. He was able to tow it without the keys since we live quite a ways away from where it broke down. Made everything super easy for me. I hope he has a great retirement in 3 weeks!

Was given a ETA of 1 hour and 30 mins, they were here within 30 mins.. was stuck in a foot of water and ice and without hesitation they pulled me right out.. best tow company I’ve experienced yet!
Thank you so much. The driver arrived and was very helpful. I thought my vehicle needed towed to the mechanic. I had my battery tested by Autozone and they said it was good. However my vehicle wouldn’t start. Your driver was very friendly and was able to start my vehicle and show me my battery was actually bad. I then was able to take my vehicle to Autozone where they replaced my battery because it was still under warranty. Thank you!!!
ALWAYS great service from Jae's (I've been using them for years through AAA), they are amazing! Today was no exception: I got a phone call to update me on an ETA, and the tow truck driver was awesome! He was professional, compassionate, friendly, and even asked me (just in case) was there anything I wanted to get out of the car before he towed it. Jae's will NOT let you down, highly recommend them.

I didnt totally agree with the service. They quoted for 2.5 hours and the final hours were 3.75.
I made the mistake of copying the address on goggle which sent the driver two houses down making him lose time but I still don't think it would be that much.
Owner tried to talk me out but I wasnt agreeing and he was rude after that calling me "dumb".
I still believe they were not fair with the charges, increasing the hours because they can do whatever they want when they are mad.
I wasnt totally correct but, still, they could have been friendly.
Even with all of their resources tied up at another accident, Jae’s Towing still managed to come through for me. They showed up quickly, handled the job professionally, and proved how dedicated they are to their customers. The best family owned tow company in town and the only people I trust with my cars especially my classic cars! From calling and scheduling the pick up and then James(tow driver) strapping it down and delivering it safely to the destination it was a simple process! Also James was very professional and polite and knowledgeable about classics!
Even though Jae’s Towing came from Hebron to Lancaster, they were quick to arrive and even sent me a text to let me know when the would be there. My front of my car was stick in a ditch full of water and he knew immediately he was going to have to go to back of my car to load it on his truck.
But what really impressed me was the driver. He was so kind and caring. He genuinely seemed happy that I was not seriously injured based on the damage to my car. He came up to me when he first got there and then after he got my car loaded. And gave me his card so that I would know how to contact them.
