My wife and I had a very uncomfortable experience. We brought in a 2021 Nissan Sentra to sell. The car was running fine with no warning lights when we arrived. Dustin (the salesman/employee we dealt with) asked us to leave for about an hour while he inspected and test-drove it. When we picked the car up, the car was shaking at idle and immediately threw a check engine light. Scanned codes showed misfires (P0302, P0300). Inspection showed the ignition coils had seemingly been removed and not properly reseated. We were also offered $3,500, which is far below market value and less than half of the amount in offers we had received prior. This felt more than just unprofessional, it was completely disrespectful. Regardless of intent, the vehicle was returned in worse condition than it was dropped off. That’s not acceptable. And for that reason I couldn’t ever recommend dealing with this company to any extent

Dustin helped me a lot especially when I was trying to find a decent place for vehicles. The other place I went to either gave me destroyed vehicles could not even repair vehicles be explained everything to me thoroughly and was very professional I definitely will be coming back!

I have found the number 1 preowned car dealership in Ohio! I see why, just purchased a 2022 toyota 4 runner. The price was right, the staff went above and beyond on every move! Then we found out they only buy the higher end of each model plus will not put anything on the lot that is not rust free! Vigorous inspection on each low mileage vehicle is another assurance you have with this business! Definitely best experience in buying a vehicle

I went in with a specific type of trucks I was looking for in a specific price. The owner and works helped me look for and settle on a ram 1500. They treated me like family and helped me out with getting everything I wanted for my price range. They are fair and reasonable with how they price their vehicles.

WORTH THE READ— This place is a joke and I regret giving them a single dollar. In late October, I found an SUV there I liked. So, I communicated with them and drove over an hour to purchase a 2019 Tiguan. My sales person was Shanlee. She was super sweet. Had the car ready, made the sale easy. I already knew I wanted it, so the only thing she really had to do was get me set up with the finance guy. There was an interior light that was out. I was told the light would be fixed, no problem. Two weeks before Thanksgiving, I drove to their service shop. The guy there fixed the harness, but said the bulb wouldn't work. He said he would order a new one and it would be in in a couple weeks. Fast forward to early February. I decided to call because not only have I heard from no one, now, my remote start works some of the time, my coolant alert keeps coming on and off, my rear doors only unlock some of the time, and of course, a damn light bulb. Spoke to a male, told him all the issues I was having and he told me he would have his manager call me. Nothing. Waited a week or so, called back and got Shanlee, my sales person. Told her my issues I was having in the barely 4 months I had the car. Told me she would call the repair shop and let me know what they said about the bulb. She did call me right back to say now the repair shop has no idea if or when the bulb will be in. She said she would work with him, and her or the repair manager would call me and let me know. I also told her I would like to speak to a manger. She then told me I was free to go to any shop for the other issues and she would email me my warranty info. She showed not one ounce of concern that I was having issues in the few short months with the vehicle she sold me. Had no problem telling me to go elsewhere. Never sent the warranty info. Never called back. Never heard from their repair shop manager, as promised. There was NO follow up, no decent customer service, and no concern for my complaints, from anyone really. Dropping $20,000 on a purchase is a big deal, and that is a lot of money to me. I think it sucks that I handed that much over to Platinum Motors, and was then forgotten about. And let’s not forget, when I was in the process of paying my down payment, I was texted by Shanlee regularly. Checking in to make sure I was sending the money, even though I was well within the agreed upon (signed) time frame and I always sent the money when I said I would. Since I needed my warranty, I called again. Asked for a manager, again, nowhere to be found. Spoke with Caleb. He seemed concerned and I thought I was getting somewhere. So he did email my warranty info, and asked me to email him the issues I have been having. This was March 3rd. I have emailed Caleb the issues I have had. And two additional times since then and, you guessed it, have heard nothing. Called today, March 28. Manager is on vacation. Shocker. So I asked for Caleb. Matt told me Caleb was busy and he assured me Caleb would call me back in half an hour, but definitely by closing time. Well, they close in 15 minutes, and surprise, surprise, I have heard nothing. Yes, it was a good sales experience, but I sure hope you don’t need anything from them afterwards. I have asked to be connected with a manger, 4, 5 times? Nothing. Not ONE person from Platinum Motors has given a solitary shit and I hate that I gave them a cent of my money.

Amazing service. Finance manager was amazing , and both guys did everything possible to get something we actually wanted not just something we had to settle for. Ask to talk to Dustin and Caleb, they were phenomenal

Took a flight down to platinum motors to pick up a truck, everything was as said ready to go. Shanlee went above and beyond with providing all the necessary pictures i needed before making the trip down. Also making sure the truck was 100% ready when i got there. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again, Shanlee made it a great buying experience.

I have not had a pleasant experience. Matt was pushy and had an attitude. He sold me a car that was made for Canada therefore a Canadian VIN and the warranty is not valid in the US. My car had 4k miles on it. Come to find out they didn’t know the warranty was not valid however told me it has a warranty so if there are any issues it would be taken care of. I’ve been speaking with the GM waiting for him to provide me a solution for 2 weeks now. As of late, I call and leave a message for him and now he is not returning my call.

Most enjoyable, easy experience my husband and I have had with a car dealership. Dustin & Caleb helped us out. They were both very friendly and informative. They even came in on their day off, when we couldn’t make it during their normal business hours. We never felt pressured into anything while we were there. Will definitely come back when we need another car!

We got to the dealership late, about 30 minutes before they closed. Robert our sales associate was very nice. We didn’t feel rushed or anything. He let us take our time and we ended up making a purchase. He and Caleb from their finance team stayed well beyond closing to make sure everything was taken care of for us. Very kind and accommodating group of people. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

Great experience with Dustin, I almost didn’t go in because I was nervous but he assured me he’d get me taken care of and that I could count on them for a reliable car. I left the car lot with a 2017 Honda HRV, and a good interest rate. As of right I’m now loving it. I would recommend this place to anyone!
