Literally the worst place to take your car. I’m in the process of filing against them because I brought my girls car here to get fixed and paid 1500$ to leave w more problems then It came with. It’s been almost a month the check engine light is still on it was never on until it got taken to Bta. The car reaks off gas every time you start it and it still makes a noise. It shakes and stutters everything we put gas in it. Which it’s never done and we’ve had the car 5 years. Some guy named Ron there says he fixed 99 percent of the problem and charged me 700$ IN LABOR!!!! Honestly happy to say I’ll see them in court soon. Customer service is so bad meanwhile I’m not the only person this has happened to and John sits back and let’s all this go on while turning a blind eye. I’ve gotten my car fixed better by street mechanics. 0/5 would not recommend bc once your car isn’t fixed the correct way they’re going to say a bunch of blah blah.
John is very honest, trustworthy and good at diagnostics. Bta isn’t glamorous but your car is in good hands and when I was out of state and had two different shops misdiagnose and incorrectly fix a problem, John was able to order parts and tell them over the phone what was needed. Problem solved! Don’t waste your time anywhere else.
I have known John for many years. I am never disappointed with his service. They treat you like family and they make it affordable for everyone. I would recommend BTA Automotive 100%. From a very satisfied customer and friend.
Car was foxed right away but did end up having some issues a week or so down the road but they offered to fix the issue at no cost if it was something they broke.
I was pleased with their service John told me he would get me in first thing in the morning first thing in the morning he got me in Ron fixed my car and he did a great job did it quick had me out in an hour job done and the car is fixed

This place is amazing. The owner John tells you exactly how it is and seems to really care about his customers! He advised me whether I should get things fixed or not instead of trying to make a sale! It was refreshing. They’re cheap, honest, and hard working at BTA!
Sorry for the day I got referred hear outta three vehicles not one of them was fixed correctly and got sold a car that isn't even drivable now im stuck with it they tried to charge me$1700. To put a turbo in my wife's 14'Regal when I picked up the car it ran just as bad as when I dropped it off turned out it needed a coil pack a$200. At best part.
A truly full service shop, including engine replacement and in house transmission overhaul. I recommend to all my friends and family. Concientious work at a fair rate. They did my brother's transmission in his Chrysler and have done several things for me in the past. I have never been dis-appointed. I recently bought 4 tires there and had a 4 wheel alignment on my dodge. Everything was great and his price was the best on the Kumho Ecsta's I got.
