They didn't get there for an hour and 20 minutes, but my mom was so happy with the service and she told me specifically how amazing Tony is. She is a tough critic...so that astounded me to hear her give a positive review.

most unprofessional towing company, one of their workers got here but then left, just seemed plain lazy, I had to call them back 3 times just for them to tell me that they cannot do the towing until the next day after continuously lying and saying they would send someone over quickly

3 S rescued me from a snowy spin out into a ditch. The drivers were there within the hour. They quickly got my car out the snow and also towed it to my house. Big Loon was very professional courteous. I highly recommend their services!

It's 27⁰ outside, radiator blew. Waited 1 hr 20 minutes, few minutes past the arrival window, before calling about the ETA. "Oh, they're right by you. Should be there soon." Another 30 minutes goes by, I call again. "They're 10 minutes away from you." ANOTHER 30 minutes goes by. Still nothing. I'm pissed, freezing, and can't get any heat. Will never use them again. Final verdict: Time of contact - 5:36 Estimated time of arrival - 6:41 Actual arrival time - 9:13 Side note: Driver repeatedly threw his trash out the window.

We had a completely unexpected flat tire on our way to adopt our new cat, so it was a special day and it was not a fun surprise. Immediately after putting in my request for roadside assistance, 8 received messages to confirm the driver was on his way and continued to get texts to ensure efficiency. The estimated time was 1-2 hours but homie got there in about 30 minutes. Not only did he help us, but he also helped jump start a woman's car who coincidentally was stuck almost in front of us. She had two cars try and help without success, and a cold, confused child. It felt like fate and some good karma for such an amazing driver and this company. As both a Progressive HR employee and a customer, I'm thrilled to know we are making truly good choices in who we work with. I can't remember his name, but on Thursday November 6th he picked us up at Perry Sunoco and dropped us at Madison Wal Mart.

I had a flat tire today and was on the side of the road jumping on the tire iron to get the nuts off the tire because they were so tight. I don't know they name of the service tech who was just driving by and stopped to help me out, but I wanted to thank him. He took time out of his day to help a stranger since he had better tools. That type of kindness says a lot about how he must also treat his customers. Thank you.

I talked to Danny and Sue on different occasions and they both were super professional and friendly, really made me feel better about the mess going on. Can’t recommend them enough!

I needed to get my car towed this morning to the car dealership on a flatbed. I was recommended 3 S Towing. Rob was out within the hour of calling. I was impressed with his timeliness, knowledge, and care of my car. The tow was reasonably priced and he knew the workers at the dealership. I’m glad I called 3 S Towing. Thank you for your assistance.

Joseph in truck #50 is incredible. My battery was dead and my hood latch was broken (and my parking break was malfunctioning) and Joseph had to back in to my shared driveway and get my car out of my gravel parking area, navigating around two fences, getting my stuck car from being perpendicular to the back of the tow truck to on the tow truck within about 15 minutes. It was honestly very impressive and he was very kind and professional throughout. He sent me pictures once he dropped off my car at my mechanic as well. If I ever need a tow again I would call Joseph at 3S.

Tow got to me in about 15 minutes after calling. Truck wouldn't go into Neutral plus Fuel Injector had busted. and the tower did some MacGyver stuff to get my truck onto flat bed without breaking any cables or axle causing any further damage. Isn't my first time using them. Haven't ever had a bad experience of my own with them

Joseph in truck no 50 was very well trained and professional. I was impressed how well he knew his truck and easy he accessed and got my jeep on the flatbed. I want to sincerely thank Joseph (truck # 50) for getting to me and my 4 year old daughter so quickly yesterday (5/23). He was the 2nd truck that was dispatched from my roadside assistance as I had already waited 2 and a half hours for the first tow that never showed up. He was to me in about 25 minutes and was kind, professional and quick to load up my car and get us on our way. I even received pictures of my car and the front of the mechanics building when he got there and unloaded it which gave me piece of mind knowing my car was exactly where I wanted it to go. 3 S towing came to my rescue when all the other local towing companies around Willoughby and Mentor chickened out. I own a lawncare company, and 1 of our trailers had broken down. We tried all the big name local towing companies and were given a compassionless cold shoulder. 🥶 Apparently 8.5' wide trailers are tricky to pickup and I'm the first person in Ohio to have this problem. 🤔 We'll 3 S Towing sent an expert who had no problem getting the trailer to safely fit and securely stay on the back of his flatbed. They have now earned all of my future towing business!

Our Browns bus broke down on the side of the freeway while we were traveling to the game. From phone call to arrival, driver Hill showed up within 20 minutes. After getting our bus onto his trailer, he waited just a little longer so that we were not stranded on the side of the road. I would recommend this company to anyone based simply on their professionalism, promptness and friendly service.
