I took my car here for a simple coolant leak, I had already found the bad o ring and asked if they had one they could throw on for me they said yes. I got a call later stating they didn’t have a proper size and would need a replacement sensor as well as the o ring and it would cost much more. I told them no thanks and they told me they would still need to charge me for diagnosis even though I already diagnosed it for them and they really had provided me nothing at this point. I paid $60 for them to return my car with NO COOLANT! I returned and asked the mechanic if he knows what a coolant light looks like and they tipped me off so that I could drive 3 miles down the road and buy my own O ring for $3 and put it on myself. I wanted to avoid the cold but instead overpaid them for me to do a simple job myself. O rings are not hard to find and their is a vw dealer near by but they couldn’t source one apparently.
Easy to book an appointment. Fair pricing. They treat customers cars like thier family was driving it. Won't recommend unnecessary work. We took a car to be inspected prior to purchase. They found a few things I already suspected plus a few i could like the computer chip issue
This repair shop was so professional and helpful. I've had an issue previous garages couldn't seem to help with. My services were completed in under a hour. Moving forward Chick 's automotive will be my go to for car repair services. I appreciate they relieved my anxiety of getting my vehicle fixed.
Not only are the mechanics friendly and thorough , receptionist is polite on phone( not like dealership shops.) very fair in price and my family is appreciative ! THANK YOU CHICK’S !!

Chicks (John) is always honest about what I need to take care of as a safety priority. I truly appreciate that. As we all know, automotive repairs and maintenance are not cheap. I appreciate the no-pressure approach and always appreciate the honesty. The pricing is just right - I’ve compared before and find them right in the competitive range. Great communication. nice folks but they added lug nuts as a charge in my estimate and if they would walk to the vehicle they would have seen it has lug nuts. Could have been an off-day who knows
