This was my first visit and I wish I would have known about this place years earlier, for my vehicle repairs. Bill and the team were awesome! Great customer service and reasonably priced! I highly recommend Rad Air!

2/5/2026. I am driving around with No Heat I brought my car in Rad Air for a thermostat twice, for the issue of no heat. The first time I brought my car back, I sat at Rad Air for 3 hours and was told it the coolant sensor and was sent back to NTB who did replace the coolant sensor. NTB stated it was not the coolant sensor it was the thermostat. I called Rad Air and spoke Chris (Manager) , he told me to bring my car back so he could personal check why my car and see why it was blowing cold air. Chris Confirmed it was a bad thermostat. Chris got me in the next day. I sat another 4 hours for Chris to replace the thermostat. I Do Not Have Heat blowing in my car. Now Chris is saying it's another major problem why I don't have heat but he can't tell me what the major problem is but he needs to keep mycar over night. I just want a Refund of Payment from Rad Air. Rad Air did not fix the problem!

Good prices, good service, good communication. Highly recommend! Without even being asked to check it, they found out what was wrong with one of my rear wheels - something I had been asking other shops to check out for the past year and I got no answers so I low-key gave up asking. Amazing !

These guys are definitely experts friendly and responsive. Hard to beat definitely my go to shop highly recommend them.

Honestly, there was an issue with the initial repair, but Rad Air stood behind the one year warranty and did an excellent job on addressing the issue and I’m very satisfied.

I just had the belts and pulled checked they were verified in good shape, even though the noise didn’t show up. If noise continues can return to address the issue due to this might’ve been caused by extremely cold weather conditions in my area.

This place was horrible. Yes I read a lot of great reviews but I guess my daughter caught them on a bad day . They did not fix the issue and when she went back to discuss it they charged her even more for the same issue. Will not be going back !

Driving from NY to Minnesota for Christmas and our Battery reserve light came on. We had to stop in Ohio and figure out what to do. We looked for mechanics and reviews. We went with Rad Air and it was a great, lucky choice! Brian was fantastic. It was our alternator. They ordered the part and fixed it the next day. Brian even ordered us an Uber to pick up the car. Well, we made it to Minnesota. Highly recommend. Honest. 3 year warranty anywhere in the US. Uber ride. Fair market price. What else could I say?

Thank you Bill and the Rad Air Wickliffe team for helping me retrieve my keys from the lock box over the weekend. Even though the shop was closed, Bill went out of his way to help me, and that kind of customer service doesn’t go unnoticed. I am forever grateful!

Chris the manager was great he took care of me but he doesn't make the prices. I was quoted 4k for front n back brakes and control arms installed , tires installed which keep in mind i had previously purchased online and an alignment. So needless to say I got my tires put on and oil change and took it down the street and had all that done for 1278$ which if u do the math is like 2700$ less!!!! Bottom line is if u have an extra 3k laying around now a days just go make a donation

Chris and the team were very thorough and professional. Chris was upfront about what my car needed and how much it would cost. A loaner car was provided until the work was completed the next day. My car is running better than ever. I would recommend Rad Air Complete Car Care if you want services you can trust.

I have trusted them with my car for more than a decade and will never let anyone else touch it. There is no reason to. They are thorough , professional, knowledgeable and understanding. They still offer loaner cars. But if you get one of the loaner please be respectful and clear up after yourself. They don’t have to do that, but it really shows they understand and I appreciate them for that. Google only gives 5 stars but they deserve 10! Keep up the great work.😉

Today I was greeted by Chris. He was very welcoming and patient with me. The guys took care of not only listening to me but also the repair of my truck. I'm truly impressed by their hard work and compassion. I will return and I will recommend this shop to everyone. Great job guys!!!

Literally the best service I have received in a long time. Everyone at the shop has been friendly and helpful. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. They even taught me a couple things, and it just reminded me of how my dad would teach me. It’s just a great environment and I’m beyond happy I switched from another place. The financing options right now are really helpful too.

Chris was friendly & respectful. I explained the problem with my car and he made an appointment for me and gave me all the specifics of dropping my car after hours. He even offered me a snack. I love the security of their repair warranty. I will most differently use them again! Chris called several days after I picked my car up to inquire if I had any problems. I've been letting others know about Rad Air.

I'm refreshing my review and am sad that I can't give Rad Air more stars, because they're really a 10/10. I purchased a new-to-me car this week, and had Rad Air perform a post-purchase inspection during the seller's return window. The technician(s) at Rad Air were so thorough that it makes me wonder if they have psychic powers. Every question I would have had was answered by their very detailed inspection report (complete with lots of pictures of the inspection item, and the tools used to test). I would have continued to maintain my old car here, and will continue to maintain my new car here in complete confidence. I should also mention that Chris and Brian were the service advisors for both old and new cars. They were and continue to be awesome. I took my car in for an oil change and generally inspection of a few things. The service and loaner experience was great, as was the welcome bag with cookies, haha. I'll be bringing my car here for the foreseeable future.

I got a lot of work done on my vehicle, Chris was amazing to work with. He put up with all my questions, and looked for the best deals and quality for my parts. Very fair price for all the work that went into my van. It runs so much better. Highly recommend!

I took my wife’s car in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation and the service was great! I spent the entire day driving her car not knowing the Rad Air technicians put a teddy bear in my daughter’s car seat. The only reason I found out because I picked my daughter up from school and she said there is a new teddy bear in her seat. My first thought was that can’t be new because I have not bought a new toy. When I looked at the teddy beer it had a Rad Air shirt on and I could not believe it. That was such an amazing gesture that I will never forget. My daughter had the biggest smile and gave the teddy bear the biggest hug! Thanks Rad Air for going above and beyond just servicing a vehicle!

Brian and Chris are THE BEST mechanics in town. They are very professional and will work with you to get your car back running the way it should be. The report of the issues are sent to you in a way it's easy to understand and you can choose what you want fixed if you aren't able to pay for all repairs. I hate the fact that I moved out the state right when I found them. Please bring your business to Atlanta. Thanks for taking such good care of my car Karen T.

Rad Air did a fantastic job on recharging the AC on my Focus. They were quick and professional. Had me in and out in just an hour. Great guys, will be bringing my other cars to them for service in the future.

They always take care of my baby and I do mean my car. I feel like I brought my car to the right place. There prices? Very friendly are budget, something i can afford. Customer service is excellent and i will be back there anytime my car need a oil change...

These folks at RadAir are professionals. When you have a problem with air conditioning, it just makes sense to take it to a shop that knows and specializes in air conditioning. I made the mistake of not doing this and got burned big time by a competitor who sold me a bunch of ridiculously up-charged parts, and still couldn't make the air conditioner work properly. RadAir was able to successfully diagnose the problem and not sell me a bunch of parts I didn't need. An all around great experience at RadAir. This place is my new go-to for auto service.

2017 Chevy Traverse air conditioning was not cooling. Although could still smell refrigerant in vehicle after filled low refrigerant the dye to spot leaks did not locate any....offered another appointment in a week to monitor, no charge. Still no leaks in a week and refrigerant still holding so will bring in if air conditioning starts to run warm again.. Replaced shocks as right was leaking and needed new cabin filter. Identified tearing rear wiper blade that we the customer will purchase and install.... My husband was impressed with quality and professionalism, discussed service issues on his truck and scheduled an appointment.

They were very helpful, they thoroughly explained everything and the breakdown of maintenance costs. They deliver great service and are very friendly. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here. I was also able to use a loaner vehicle while mine was being prepared and that was incredibly helpful!

I bring all of my cars here for service. Excellent company, excellent team members and the service is above and beyond anywhere else I’ve tried in the past.

I have 5 vehicles. I have been going here 5 years. They are always friendly fair and do a great job. I highly recommend them. I even bring my high performance mustang here. They also do a great job on it and I feel it’s safe there.
