So I called today ask if they was hiring at all. No one picked up. About 1 minute later I get a call back from a different number. I pick up the phone and say hello this is Jerry. The woman then ask who are you whats your name. Well the name was given at the start when I picked up the phone. Number 2 its rube to ask people who are you as if that matters at that very second. Sometimes it pays to be nice (not rude) and to say something in return nice like hello how are you. Or how many I help you or what can I do for you. I hope these friendly tips help.
