I just like to say thank you to Ron's garage for the quick service Saturday, January 31. After calling AAA and waiting for over an hour for service with noone showing up, my brother decided to call the garage himself. We were told that they hadn't received anything on their board from AAA about us needing assistance. The lady at Ron's was so helpful and had a guy to us with in 30 minutes. Thank you so much for your assistance and service.

I needed a tow one cold night and James from Ron’s garage came out to help, He was very professional and nice. 5 stars for him for great service. Thank you James!

I got a flat tire on 35 on a Saturday and used my AAA the this company was amazing they contacted me and came out within maybe 20 minutes the guy who changed my tire was so helpful and even helped me to pull out back on to the highway to get back on my way. I could not recommend them more. Thank you so much for helping me get home safe!! I only wish I had asked the guy his name so I could personally give him the shoutout he deserves!

Worts towing company ever, Representatives are rude and for just winch out bobtail truck (less than 20 minute job) they are charging $6000 Avoid from them, They will just put any amount they want

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Ron’s Garage & Wrecker Services. They winched out my unit and towed my truck to a safe place, and the bill was supposed to be $4,500. Later, they called me for payment, and I asked for an invoice. It took them almost an hour to send it, and when they finally did, the amount had jumped to $5,050 without any clear explanation. That really upset me — I expected honesty and consistency, not surprise charges. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

pure trash, we had a fuel spil, came with 4 guys and charged us for more than $5K which is insanely high I have seen worse and they are one of them, I won't recommend them to anyone!

Kevin D. was very nice and helpful, worked fast and got my locked key out of my car within minutes. They drove a ways to come help me which I really appreciated.

I broke down in a rental car, at 11 pm, on a Saturday night, on the side of a busy highway. and I was alone 5 hours from home. Enterprise was not the most helpful in this time of stress. Help came from Janelle and Tom from Ron’s Garage. They were professional, friendly, calming, and MOST helpful!!! They towed my car, but they went out of their way and helped me get to a hotel! July 3rd I was traveling through Jackson on 35 east on my first long road trip in my camper van and 5.5 hours from home and I ended up breaking down at a gas station in town. Managed to get the van started and was referred to Ron’s. By the time I got to Ron’s it was early afternoon on July 3rd and turns out the alternator needed replaced in the van. The folks at Ron’s quickly got one on order hoping it would come in the next morning (the 4th of July). Alternator got delivered to their shop the next morning a little before 9 and they had me ready to go by 10AM ON THE 4th OF JULY. They weren’t officially open on the 4th but some of their guys were already planning to work on another vehicle and they offered to replace my alternator. I was very impressed with their service and they went above and beyond to help me out any way they could to get me back on the road. Since I had to stay overnight in Jackson (stayed in the van) they recommended restaurants within walking distance, told me about the 4th of July festivities that were happening in town that evening, and really made sure I had what I needed for the night - very accommodating and hospitable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. I broke an axle in Circleville day after the 4th of July on a Saturday and had AAA calling everyone nearby, called companies in Chillicothe, but no one would come tow my car. Finally called Ron's Garage, and they had someone on the way immediately! Waited 3 hours for AAA, and no luck. Thank you Ron's Garage and all the fantastic employees that work there!

These guys are heroes! They showed up 25 minutes after I called them to get me winched out. Even though the roads were still in bad condition. My truck was at 74k lbs here. Thank you again guys!

These guys have towed semis for me. Today they towed my wife's car. James is a very polite young man. I wouldn't call anyone else.

I wanted to write a positive review but don’t know how. One of your employees came to pull me out of the mud this morning. The weather was so nasty, cold, rainy and MUDDY!!! Brianna never complained. She was covered with mud from her hair to her feet. I told her I was sorry she had to get down in the mud. She laughed and said it’s ok, this is my job. She really acted like it was just a typical day. No big deal. But it was. Even though I felt like an idiot, she didn’t make me feel worse. She was very nice. She did her job and did it efficiently and effortlessly.

Our car broke down on vacation almost two hours from home. These lovely people came to help us out, and they were so insanely kind. He managed to fix our car quickly and competently, and saved our vacation. Thank you so much guys!! We’ll be telling anyone we know who finds themselves nearby to seek you out.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DO BUISNESS WITH RONS TOWING I WISH I WOULD HAVE LOOKED THROUGH REVIEWS! We had a bucket truck break down and narrowed it down to starter. Lady at front desk rons wife stated well go pick it up and call you when we find out what's wrong with if anything more than starter. Rons manager called around 5 said trucks ready the bill is 1,350.00. I asked what happened for it to be so high. He stated they put 2 new batteries in serviced all oils and changed starter. In shock I couldn't belive they just changed all these fluids that recently changed weeks prior without asking and installed 2 new batteries without calling me. . Also batteries were fine. I know this bc my guys tested them and after swapping batteries back into truck and a quick charge ( from being run down by a bad starter) it fired right up. Had to get police involved after he threatened to keep bucket truck until Bill was paid in cash only. I tried with this guy multiple times to converse level headed and he wasn't having it. I then started reading reviews and one after another same situation. He is going to say my employees asked them to do all this stuff which is a blatant lie! This is why we stay away. Its shops like this that give the good ones a bad name. He knew he messed up and did reduce bill down after cops were called and a long waste of my time. Good luck Ron won't be long and word will be out to stay clear of your shop. Hate it for his employees though the manager was very nice and understood no call was made to me and work was done that wasn't approved nor needed to be. .

Told my husband it’d be $1,000 to replace all his A/C components, then only replaced the compressor and left the 32 year old hoses, dryer, etc. Absolute thieves at this garage. DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM, they’ll lie to your face, steal your money, and say they replaced parts they didn’t .

This business is a 5 star outa 5 stars. I needed a tow. They are very good at what they do. The gentleman that came to get my van was so polite a very knowledgeable. Called me when he got close. Helped me in always possible. Explained exactly what was going to happen. I would call them again at anytime.

If you use Ron’s Garage ask for Ken. My experience was perfect he made sure my car wasn’t damaged, scratched, unlike some of my other experiences with other tow truck company’s. He was professional about his work and also a pleasure to talk to we shared stories the whole way. 10/10 You want these people to be the ones towing your vehicles.

My diesel international truck pulling a camper stalled in the middle of the road near Greenfield. Someone from Ron’s stopped to help. We was so polite and offered to help. I would like to thank him for his assistance. If you are ever in Jackson and need help I would recommend Ron’s

Our car had a flat tire on the way to Florida. We ended up in Jackson on a stormy Friday night. Though we tried our best to utilize our insurance company, they failed to deliver the services they promised to provide. Once the non-emergency phone operator referred us to Ron's Garage, our luck changed. After a relatively short waiting period (compared to the three hours we waited in vain for our insurance company to rescue us), a Ron's employee showed up. First, she escorted my wife and small children to our hotel in her pickup truck. Then, Ron arrived with his tow truck and promply took me & my vehicle to the hotel. Compared to the excruciating uncertainty of waiting for an outcome at the mercy of my insurance company, Ron's Garage provided a swift and compassionate response to my dilemma. If I'm ever stranded in Jackson again, I'll know who to call.

Let me just start off by saying that this was the best towing service I ever experienced. My Semi was stuck in a ditch near James A Roads Airport. Art from the city,and Kevin and Dustin from Rons were the best. They were so cool and professional. I have no idea what I would have done if it wasn't for these guys. I want to give a big Thank You to Ron's Garage & Wrecker Service for coming to mine & my Granddaughters rescue last Friday April 1st, 2022. It was freezing cold with blowing snow and freezing rain every little bit. I had a totally dead battery. Had to call AAA and truck #9 came to the rescue. Although it took him over an hour to get to my rescue due to road closures beyound his knowledge, he pulled through and got us running. I didn't get his name. The name that showed on his shirt said "Big Dog". So if anyone knows who this nice gentleman is please thank him again for us.

They work with AAA and they had room for myself and my 3 kids (in the tow truck) and my son's parrot. they went above and beyond being friendly. Each individual person has their own personality, they really came through when picking me up and taking me to their garage and fixing my alternator for less than quoted elsweare by 100$

I'm a single woman, fairly new to the area & wasn't sure who to call to repair damage done to my car by another roadside service. I had the best experience with this business! Quality work at a fair price, courteous service, & they went above & beyond to ensure I received transportation to retrieve my car when they were done repairing it. It's wonderful to establish these kinds of connections when moving to a new area. Highly recommend!

We had to have our truck towed to Chillicothe so we called Ron’s Garage. They were here within probably 10 minutes. The driver was Kenny. You guys need to hold on to this guy!! He was amazing! Professional, polite, courteous and he treated our vehicle like it was his own!! Two big thumbs up to Ron’s Garage and especially to Kenny!!! Thank you all for a job well done!!! I would give 10 stars if it would let me!!!

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. I used their tow service. Because I thought it was good company. My car was dead. I need it tow. They damaged my car when they towed it. The tire was rot out. I Just found out after they towed. My car was running fine before that accept the battery problem. Now I have pay an extra money to fix from what they broke. Of course they denied. Never ever use their service again.

MINUS 5 STARS!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE!! Was told by the older female who answers the phone to bring our car by & the tech would drive it & tell us what was wrong with it ......at no charge. She gave us a verbal estimate for the repairs we thought we needed & told us we would receive a written estimate after they drove the car. We thought great. We dropped off the car in the morning to them & was promised they would drive it that afternoon & then call us prior to performing any work. When we dropped it off we were met by a surly, rude, older male. We should have taken that as a clue to the service we would receive. To make a long story short....after waiting over 24 hrs after we were promised a call about the car, we decided to drop by the shop. Our car was up on a rack & we were informed that there were mechanical issues with the car that we knew wasn't wrong. We told them we were going to take the car elsewhere. The surly, man who said he was the owner/manager told us the charge was $25 or we couldn't have the car. We paid him even tho we had been told they would diagnose it for free. Upon getting our car we observed physical body damage to the passenger side of the car as well as the passenger rear bumper had been scraped, dented & the tail light lense cracked. Surly man denied damaging the car & we were ordered off his property. Body damage to the car is approx. $1800. BE WARNED!!!
