I contacted Eli regarding the recovery of a trailer, and I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and customer service demonstrated from the initial call through to the pickup. I would highly recommend their services for any related needs.
I’ld gave em five….but guess they did me up after hrs according to the receipt and hurt the pocket book …yeah got me rolling again …happy bout that…but had to pay for after hrs ping….guessing the weekend is after hrs….thanks guys for helping me get going under load i definitely would’ve been worse off if they didn’t come out and help …….preciate
Called them on a Sunday morning, I was in a pickle, and I was 2.5 hours from home. They went way above and beyond to help me get back on the road. I am extremely grateful to find such great people!!
Such good people. No one wants to call a tow, but they were able to get me and to service before closing when I don’t think anyone else could or would have.
My 17 year old broke down about 60 miles from home, and I needed him towed to our local shop. I called Matt, who gave me a quote (which was less than any other ones that I got) and we set up a time for them to go get him. The driver was on time, and my son said he was an amazing guy who knew his science! I can't thank the driver enough for helping a nervous kid have great ride, and great conversation, all the way home. I'll definitely call these guys anytime I need another tow!!

I was cruising along back to NC when my alternator "left the chat" and just died. I was lucky to coast to a Sunoco station that happened to be right across the street from High Road Towing. I called them and they drove across the street to check it out.
They concluded that I just needed to charge my battery for 30 minutes, which they did. They then led me to a mechanic 3 miles down the road. They didn't even ask for the standard tow rate, so I just gave them "what seemed fair"!

I was stranded on the side of the the highway crying and called several tow companies which cost more than I had on me. I contacted high road and they worked with me on the price. Thank goodness. The driver Ryan was so polite and understanding and he made calls looking for the cheapest place to put a tire on for me. Highroad wasn't out your make a dollar that day. They showed compassion and understanding and the owner Eli was awesome on the whole situation. This is definitely the company I'll refer to and they earned five star review from one satisfied customer for sure. THANK SO MUCH HIGHROAD!!!! Because of u I wasn't stuck walking and able to get to work on time!🙂
Had 4 Carhauler break down at the Chillicothe Ohio Fairfield Inn ,Eli came out and towed to Stoops in Huber Heights, very knowledgeable, courtesy, respectful gentleman!

Father traveling and got stuck with a pick up truck and trailer. Father was hospitalized and they stowed vehicles until he got out of hoaspital. Did I say we from Virginia not only did they take care of us but also helped us get back to our vehicle when Father got out of the hospital. Ryan and his boss at High Road Towing & Recovery are simply awesome. We're from Michigan on our way to Florida and the transmission went out. They were so helpful and got us to the best people that was able to help us. Between the 2 of them, they must have called 15 or so different places to find someone to even look at it. If one business was too busy for a month to not taking any business or not even answering the phone, it was looking very grim for us. Thank you so much!!!!
