Great customer service. I believe it’s under new ownership. Would drive the extra distance to have my stuff worked on. Fair and quick service. Will go back.
Good place to get parts, but they never answer the damn phone so I have to drive around 35 miles one way, to see if they have the part that I am looking for or need . I wish they answer there damn phone , so I don't have to wast my gas and time for a hit and miss. I may have to find another place to get parts, I can't imagine getting something repaired here it may take years for a symbol repair job
I'm changing my rating because we paid 600$ to get our riding mower fixed they had it all last summer still isn't fixed. And all we got back was a broke down mower and oil we can't us. I don't know what happened to this place it's always been our go to. But that was the last time.
Disclaimer: They are my family :).....they work extremely hard, have a lot of “parts knowledge” and try to make all their customers feel welcomed and satisfied. Great people
These guys are great, and truly do care about their customers. They ordered us a belt for a type of zero turn mower they don’t even sell, called us immediately when it was delivered, and the whole process was painless. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I look forward to giving them my business in the future!
