Locked keys in truck over 40 mins away and they had a guy there in no time and only charged 80 witch is pretty good considering it was a Saturday at 11 would recommend them for anything. Have also had work done to truck and was done in no time.
My son broke down and being that we are almost 500 miles away, I looked on Google for what I thought would be a place that would be able to tow and repair the vehicle. The tow truck driver was great, according to my son. However, anytime I spoke to one particular woman, all I got was an attitude. I figured I’m never going to have to deal with these people again so I just let it go, especially since they did repair the vehicle. Fast forward 4 months and 10,000 miles later, my son broke down near Columbus, OH. This time I had him have the vehicle towed to a dealership. Once the vehicle was looked at, every single part that Graham’s put on the vehicle needed to be replaced; I couldn’t believe it. I called Graham’s and explained the situation and their repeated response was “the parts are covered under warranty” The vehicle was 2 hours away, a brake pad should not come off a vehicle while driving, my son could have crashed his vehicle. My son spent the same amount of money at Graham’s as the dealership charged, over $1,130; kinda strange. I asked Graham’s if we could get a refund on the parts and all they kept saying is the parts are under warranty. Horrible service; I told them where the vehicle was. The vehicle was not drivable. They were over 120 miles away. I asked if my son’s life was under warranty because their crappy work could have cost my son his life. By the way, I was involved in this because my son has cerebral palsy; you would have thought that they would have made sure my son was driving a safe vehicle after they repaired it. For calipers, brake pads, and rotors, now my son has paid over $2,500 total; unreal.

Just had some engine work, new tires and alignment done at Grahams. I like the fact that they do alignments but and they can also fix any issues that are causing a problem, plus they sell new tires. They have always been honest and that’s priceless. Plus they do really good work. I’ve had several cars worked on by them over the years and I’ve always been satisfied.
My colleague and I are in town for time-sensitive work and ended up needing two new tires in our Enterprise rental. Enterprise referred us to Graham’s, and they were efficient, friendly, and helped get us back on our way in a short amount of time. They also have the most comfortable and attractive waiting room at an auto repair shop I’ve ever seen! There’s coffee, hot chocolate, water, juices, baggies of chips, candy bars, great chairs, and it’s very clean. Everyone here was also incredibly kind.
I called as a walk in to get my tire patched. They took me in at a moments notice. They couldn't find a leak until they dipped the tire and found it leaking at the bead. Great customer service. So good, in fact, I got a quote for a rotor and brake change on another one of my vehicles and will be bringing it in. Highly recommended.

ng my own parts in and did a great job with the install. Once again... highly recommended.
I visited town with friends to record a documentary, only to have my car break down due to a worn out alternator. I called and they got me in the next morning, and were able to accommodate my repair, having my car ready to drive again within hours. Amazing service, very kind people. Paid a very fair price as well.
My car broke down on ST RT35 highway in Jackson. I needed a tow to Rio. So I called Jamie at Graham's Towing. He immediately dispatched a truck to get my car off the highway. This repeat customer really appreciated how quickly Graham's responded.
They are very friendly and have competitive prices,I found them to be significantly lower in the cost of mounting & balancing my tires and a front end alignment. I highly recommend them.
Terrible people do not use their services i begged them for days to send me a recipt all i got was an old lady giveing me attitude on the phone i begged for a recipt from then so i could get reembursment from my insurance company they didnt care didnt try to assist me so rude and inconsiderate i advise against useing this company for anything
They have not sent me my recipt and its been a week they do not care at all
Excellent service, prices were fair and a nice waiting area. I was caught off guard about a surcharge for using a credit card so be aware of that when you come in to pay.

Graham’s took fantastic care of our car when we had some damage while visiting Gallipolis. We had to return home and left the car with them. They were super responsive to calls, gave quick and very reasonable estimate, did great work, and even dropped the car at a nearby hotel so we could pick it up on a weekend. Very satisfied customer! Car is running great!

I’ve been coming here on and off for about 4 years now, the service is always incredible! An excellent team of people that know what they’re doing. A major plus side is that, as someone who is totally clueless when it comes to cars, I have never ever been made to feel stupid or been belittled for asking questions/ saying the wrong name for a part/ giving a lackluster description of the problem. Super awesome, kind team with super awesome work, I couldn’t recommend them more!!
This crew was the absolute bees knees! Every one of them I delt with was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The hourly rate was a tad higher than some places I had checked, but it was made up for by their pace (These guys *and gal* were ON IT!) 20/10 would recommend.
I was having low oil pressure problems. Unsure whether it was electrical or mechanical, I decided to run it over to Grahams. They were able to diagnose and assess the situation. Old oil pump was gummed up pretty bad, and they replaced it for me. I drive a '14 Mini R60 and the prices were reasonable/average for that make and model. I have no complaints. Thanks guys!
Customer service was great and my truck runs great now. You always wonder sometimes if the mechanics even fix all the problems but without a doubt they did everything they said they would because it runs so smooth. So if you want the peace of mind that you’re well taken care of, go to Grahams.
