Those guys are great. Fair price, treat your vehicle like they would their own. Will only be using them in the future. Derek was great on communicating with me and they was very understanding when I changed where I needed it taken. Really think those guys are top quality when it comes to towing. Really wish I would have tipped him a little better then a few bucks but wasn’t thinking at all.
I ended up in a rough situation on a muddy WV mountain and was lucky to get connected with the owner, John. Not only was the service great, but after a long, stressful day, his calm and reassuring attitude made a big difference. Super helpful all around — highly recommend.
Our car broke down while traveling through the area with my family of 5 and dog. It’s the Sunday before Christmas and we were in a tough spot with no mechanics open and miles from a place to stay with no transportation options. Jon from Stapleton absolutely rescued us. He was extremely kind and friendly and went above and beyond to get the car to a dealership and the family to a hotel an hour away. Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given. Stapleton turned around what could have been an absolutely horrible day and saved our Christmas. Thanks!
Blowout on 35 just outside of Henderson. Stapleton was sent out by my Toyota Care. The tow guy was exceptionally friendly and professional. We were 4 women on the side of the road in the early morning. He definitely made us feel at ease. Cannot say enough good things!!! Wish I remembered his name!
Found myself by the side of the road on 35N yesterday, tire blowout maybe due to WV but who's blaming.... A great tow truck driver dispatched by AAA helped get me back on the road.

The nicest guy ever. He really took his time bc he didn't want to drag my car. Couldn't get it in neutral, he tried. I didn't want to be towing my car at 7am, but these people make it enjoyable.

Amazing people we were in a very tough situation car engine blew up stuck on the middle of the highway my man KEITH really looked out for us the whole team was awesome would definitely recommend to anyone in this area
I had a 2004 BMW 5 series, blew up in the middle of the highway in West Virginia. Called up this place Keith came within that hour kept us warm in his truck while loading up the car while us was dark and raining. He drove us to a motel and kept the car in the lot. Woke up in the morning they helped me get a U-haul the same day. They helped us load up the car and John came to personally make sure everything was done right and the car was properly on the trailer. Offered us food and drinks while we waited. Honestly one of the best people I’ve ever met. Their hospitality so absolutely incredible! I am more than thankful for these people. I wish them the best of luck. Really hope to see this company grow. Thanks again for such a wonderful service in rough times. I am home safe thanks to them!
Thankful for Stapleton Towing! They were the most polite, professional, kindest people you could meet. They got me out of a mud hole at the bottom of a steep hill with mud up to my car door. There was no way getting out of this mess without their help! They took extra care with my car seeing it was brand new. I would recommend Tommy, Nate and the rest of the crew to anyone! They were fantastic! Thankful that God sent these guys to help. There's no way that you could find anyone better! ?
A parent's dream!! Our daughter had an auto issue that left her stranded on the side of the road late at night resulting in her needing a tow. The tow truck driver got to her within 5 minutes of her call and he went ABOVE and beyond in assisting her. There are so many horror stories out there of young women breaking down. I am so relieved and appreciative that he got to her quick and treated her with respect. What a blessing this man was! On top of that he actually went through quite a bit of trouble (in horrible weather conditions) and got her car running. Praying to Jesus that his business thrives and that he is blessed above and beyond just like he blessed our daughter (and her parents). Thank you Stapleton Towing!
