I broke down in the pouring rain last Sunday in a rest area (thank goodness). After making calls to 5 tow companies I got a response from Jim. He arrived in maybe 30 minutes and safely towed me about 45 miles to a dealer in Dublin,Oh.
Jim was even kind enough give me a ride to a nearby hotel. Jim was a real blessing. Not only a very nice person to talk to but a caring individual that puts integrity into his work. I would highly recommend his business when needing a tow. His help was calming in a stressful situation. Thanks so much Jim!!
Mr. Jim Jones was very professional and courteous it was a 1am call. Mr. Jones also gave my wife and i a ride back to our house and dropped the car off were we wanted it.
Jim was wonderful. I was stranded on the side of the road for quite some time because the roadside assistance was calling around to find someone. As soon as they called him, he came right away. He got me/the care to the dealer quickly and he shared his knowledge/thoughts on what might be wrong with the vehicle. He was professional and personable and made the experience as good/pleasant as it could be.
My husband, my son and I were headed home from Jeffersonville when my husband’s car broke down. The first tow company I called didn’t answer, but Jim answered right away and arrived to where we were within 30 minutes. Loaded up the car quickly, And helped us get home safely. He was super nice and friendly. Really great customer service. Will definitely give him referrals and will use him again in the future if needed. Thank you again Jim!
Company was contracted through my car insurance for roadside assistance. The guy that brought me fuel said I owed him $7 cash for the fuel. I told him all expenses were paid by my insurance and showed him my auto insurance app…then he proceeded to cuss me out. Scammer and unprofessional. Will report to attorney general.
I was stranded on the side of the road on 35 after calling several different towing services, I decided he was the best price, and when he arrived, he was the best service. Really great guy. Glad I got to meet him. I would definitely use the service again and suggest him to others.
Any bad reviews that you might read on here I would ignore, I’m glad I did.
Mr. Jones was wonderful! He was the 3rd towing company that was sent to help my mom and I out when my car refused to start- after finally figuring out payment- due to my insurance company taking forever to initiate payment- he was prompt, efficient and friendly. We enjoyed chatting with him all the way to my repair shop and he even dropped us off at my house nearby. We salvaged what was left of my mom’s 80th birthday, after attempting to shop…we can’t thank Mr. Jones enough! I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again in the future. Thank you!!!
We'd been stranded at a gas station in the middle of nowhere and our first driver didn't arrive. After three hours we got assigned a different driver from this company, Jim, who was absolutely lovely and arrived in a half hour, and even gave us a lift for the long drive home. We'll definitely go to them again if we need to.
Our experience was great! Our driver Jimmy arrived within 30 minutes of being dispatched and had us toad and to the tire shop very quickly he was super nice and even gave us some recommendations for the repair definitely would use them again for any needs
Jim fortunately answered the phone and listened when I told him my situation of needing help while me, my sister and our 4 dogs broke down on the side of the highway, while traveling from NC to IL. He offered to pick us up and brought us 45 minutes to a dealership. He arrived quickly, rested our worries of the dogs still in our vehicle (with AC running), got us safely to a Nissan dealership where we were also greeted with exceptional service. After a scary and unfamiliar situation, Jim went out of his way to save the day for us and we were so thankful and lucky to have had him near by! THANK YOU JIM
They rip good people off!!!! Find another repair facility! $125.00 to be pulled from a ditch after being told I don't have that kind of money, he did it anyways and then threatens to impound my car and call the sheriff's department!!! He told me the price AFTER he pulled me out!!! AFTER!!! Shady people!
