Every time I stop into this AutoZone I am greeted with smiles and helping hands. If I'm unsure what part I need, the employees are willing to go the extra mile! The lady who goes by "Courtney" who runs this store is doing a fabulous job coaching her employees! Great environment and great help!! Will keep going back for future part needs!
Surprised that it carried a part that I thought would have to be ordered. Price of part more reasonable than expected. Young lady assisted with clearing a check engine fault code, extremely professional and courteous. As the Terminator says: "I'll be back".
This place is amazing!! Started off with a very kinda greeting which automatically made me feel comfortable. I expressed my situation with my engine :( Courtney gave me the bad news about it and really saw how upset I was. She went above and beyond by calling around, researching and in the end FIXED MY CAR! I am so greatful for her! So kinda hearted and empathetic and that’s so rare?? SHOUTS OUT TO COURTNEY!!! So sweet :)
I needed an air filter for my vehicle. They informed me It would be there at eight forty five the next morning. Did not come until later that evening. It's all good.
I'm in no hurry. Call me laid back Larry.

Spoke with Bob on the phone, was very helpful from the start. Once I arrived he reviewed batteries options, installed the battery, and answered multiple questions. Only place in town that iinstalls the newer batteries with free installation. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Bob!
I was in town for the weekend, My car was having trouble with the alternator and I stopped by at Washington courthouse Ohio-location to get a battery put in. I had a 3 1/2 hour drive back home and didn’t think I would make it. It wasn’t the battery it was the alternator. These men Bob Brian & Jason went beyond the call of duty. They got me a new battery and he also came out to the parking lot and changed my alternator. Which was on a weekend and there was no place open. These two gentlemen did not have to do this. But they took care of everything! Thank you so much guys. You Rock!!!!
A big shout out to Auto Zone in Washington Court House!! A young man went out of his way to help me yesterday! What a great team. I am forever greatful and they are my new favorite store!!

The guy was very nice, he tested the battery and said there was a dead cell so we asked to get a new battery he was very nice and gave us 3 options then took the new battery outside and put in and connected it
The battery alert light came on during our drive home from Nashville, Tennessee to Buffalo, New York... on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. We stopped at this autozone to diagnose what was wrong and discovered the serpentine belt was GONE. Of course, all service centers were closed but Bob R was quick to offer help with installing a new belt (not an easy task in the tight quarters of the engine bay) and had us fixed and back on the road again in less than a hour! You just can't beat that kind of service. Thanks Bob!!
Talked to the manager his name was chris he was going to take care of the issues I had in there last week very professional no attitude from him talked to me like a human being need more managers like him that what's to make his store better especially at times like this..

Customer Service was good but the bit I needed was the wrong size online it was a 3/8 drive torx bit it was actually a 1/2 drive and then had to spend an extra $10 on a extension to convert it to what size it was supposed to be smh.
It's a great store if you like being treated like a dumb lady when you go in there. Hey bro I know what I need not what you think I need or what you want to sell me.

These guys are great help this morning they got back on the Road they were very helpful in every way I was back on the road and I continue doing what I'm doing working and making money making a 5 star any day in my book
Guys are always helpful, of they don't have what you're looking for in stock, they can get it usually next day at not extra cost. Also, the more you spend the more you save. One of the only places I've been where the rewards card is worth having.
