I just wanted to send a thank you to one of the associates. I’ve always had good experiences with O’Reilly auto parts however, Noah went above and beyond to help my daughter. She was stuck with her vehicle inoperable and along with another associate they both helped her to try to get her car fixed. The store has very very, very good associates. Thank you All.
No other customers yet the 3 gentlemen not doing anything, only 1 assisted partial customer service yet not what was fully asked help with. Another older man tried selling oil not needed and my vehicle does not take, until I said no can't afford extra, he hollers its only $1 more after we'realready back at the register. Rude! Not good customer service, rather stand around on phones or talking, hanging out. I'll go to other parts stores where they actually willingly help & assist.
Sent son in to get bulbs and see if they would put in. One said no he would break it to ask other and other wouldn’t because he was sick. So I had him driving around with a tail light bulb out because they wouldn’t change it. Mind you I’m sick too so I drove in town and took 2 mins to change. No it wasn’t skipped because it’s a hard one to change. It was pure laziness!!!!!!!!
Yesterday my Volkswagen battery was dead in my 2015 Passat TDI. I drove up to O’Reillys to buy a new one and had them pull it up in the system. I had it in my head that I wanted a gel battery, as during a previous visit I was convinced by a different associate that they were the way to go. The tech looked up the battery, measured my VW battery and found the gel battery based on dimensions. The tech informed me the system was noting I needed to have be reset the battery in the computer. I went home and with the battery installed drove to my dealer. On my way to the dealer, the Che k engine light came on. When I arrived at the dealership my battery rest turned into a full checkup. After some tests, they concluded the new battery was under voltage. With a vw battery back in the car they reset it and all was fine. They put my O’Reillys battery back in and I headed back to the store. When I arrived Cam was on duty. He listed patiently while I explained all of this to him. He went out in the below freezing weather with a really good attitude, verified the battery I had and checked for extra space for a larger battery. He went back in and found a larger gel battery that he believed would still fit, removed my old battery and installed the new one. He then stood out in the cold while I started the car and waited for all of the lights the reset. The car now appears to be running great. The service by Cam was stellar! Thank you very much for your great attitude and braving the 20 degree weather.
I bought a heater that plugs in your cigarette lighter. The employees were nice enough to recommend a cheaper one that was on clearance. I told them that I didn't care about cheaper and asked which one was better. They said neither so I opted for the cheaper one. It worked about 3 minutes and blew my fuse. Obviously defective. Look on the receipt and it says no warranty, no refund. So I wasted time and money. Beware. Go to Advance Auto instead.
So I am an over the road truck driver and pick up in town and I desperately needed a fuel line hose and a couple of clamps.. I went to the big truckstops and nope didn't have any fuel line in the size I needed ...the guys on 2-9-23 at 9pm immediately were ready to help me solve the problem... This was to my auxiliary heater which uses a fraction of the diesel to heat the cab at night.... 8 buck fix and saving me 50 bucks a night in fuel costs...thank you for having the right stuff to make my repair! And a big parking lot to get my semi in ?

I called and ask if they had two different parts one was inner tierod they said they had two different brands in stock. Then I ask for a outter tierod for the rear of the vehicle the guy well younger guy said that they had them In stock I drive across town to purchase them and guess what they only had the most expensive one of the inner tierods. needless to say I didn't buy nothing.
Got a new breather for our Chevy truck. Paid over $150 to get the kit. Had some trouble getting it to fit snugly so finally went back to talk to the manager. He looked at it and said that it simply didn't fit. Then he was good enough to sell us another one for $60. Big of him? Considering the first one wasn't correct but he never offered to give us even .
They was supposed to have lower ball joint in on the cheap one went there it was not in store had to order so they price matched the cheap one for the mog which is a great deal they were fast and friendly
Though I was looking to get a part only dealers have , they was very willing to help me out . These people are good at what they do an very professional. Stop on an see them some time.
I wanted to replace the spark plugs on my car, so I went in to this shop to get the materials. Francisco not only helped me with that but gave me great advice on how to replace them, and even showed me how to make sure I had the right gap in the new spark plugs. I changed them right in the parking lot. When I had questions I just went back in and he answered them right away. Excellent customer service and he even smiled. That can be rare these days. Thanks a lot Fransisco. Keep up the great work. I'll be back for any future car needs.
Great prices.. but EVERY time we order parts, they don't order everything. When parts come in, it seems like they don't put the items ordered together either.. it takes a while to hunt things down. Needs serious work.
Pretty good parts store. They didn't have what I needed in stocks but were able to get it within hours. In store pick up was a breeze with no hassles and the part fit.
A certain worker was rude and acting like I was bothering her to ask for help. She definitely didn't want to do it and it showed. Will check out advanced or autozone.
The team at this O’Reilly’s was super helpful after I had lost an intercooler clamp on the highway, and I needed it for a 3 hour drive back home.
They assisted my quickly after being unable to locate one at any other store, and even after one gentleman at this branch said they didn’t have one, the team persisted and located two! Needless to say, I was able to avoid having to trailer my vehicle home thanks to the associates at this store that really cared about what I was after.
Poor service. The person in front of me said he needed oil and filter for his car. The employee said, "The oil is over there" and just stayed behind the counter. The customer came back and asked if they had any specials. The employee said, "the adds are over there." Pretty sad. I have never been to an Orielly's and not had great service before. Maybe it was just the one employee and maybe it just wasn't his day. I will give them another chance.
Great place to go and get parts. I highly recommend this place been going here for years. Only two places I go to get parts and this is one of them. Will continue to do business with them in the future.
Alternator went 250 miles from home stayed at the Baymont called the other 2 part stores no avail last call was to O'Reilly's delivered the parts and stayed till we had it fixed best place in town!!!
I called another place here in town and have to say this place was cheaper on the battery I needed and David was awesome! So helpful! I had asked if the part i needed was bought before I came in he said he would order one and have it by 430! I am definitely going here and so glad they moved to town!
Very disappointed, the only time you get anything right is if its on the shelf and you get it yourself. First they quoted the wrong parts and now I just got home from other trip 25 min. one way and they had opened the right box and put the wrong stuff in it! Definetly wont go back there again.
