Went there asking a question not thinking it would get fixed today but Joe was amazing test drove my car checked it out n told me what was wrong. Helped me get it financed cause I didnt have the full amount n needed help. Not even 2 hours later I had new tires and he told me a couple of things I should get done even tho they cant do 1 one of them. They have a new customer for life.
Vermilion Automotive has been nothing but the best for all my needs for my cars. They have very good prices on all the services I needed and even recommended where to take my car for the one thing he couldnt do. Joe has been fantastic and honest with all his recommendations. If I could give more stars I would! I’m always nervous where to take my car because I don’t know a lot about mechanical issues, tires, etc. I really trust the owners and mechanics on fair prices, troubleshooting, etc. highly recommend and will continue to recommend to friends and family!!!!
Vermilion Auto does great business and offers great prices. I needed my rear license plate light re-wired and they were able to repair it successfully, with a quick turn around and fair price. Jay was especially helpful as he explained everything they did. Highly recommend this business for your car maintenance needs!

Been har d to find a good shop for repairs. Well I finally found a great shop. Joe and his men fixed my car showed me the job they did. My suspension on my car is riding great my car is all aligned amazing feels like a new car. Joe is a nice guy went over everything plus found couple more things I would be needing done. How Lucky!!! My husband's car broke down 100 yards from this place on a Tuesday night. He made one phone call to Joe on Wednesday morning and by 4pm that day the car was fixed. Superior service and great price. We highly recommend calling Joe.

1/2 way into a trip to Va on a Saturday afternoon. Heat shield came loose & was rattling like crazy on I80. Called Joe & he said he'd definitely be able to look at it (after a dealership & a few garages said maybe Sunday or Monday). He looked at it, fixed it & we were on our way within 1/2 hour. I poped my tire 150 miles into a 1000 mile trip on the side of the highway, I called at closing(after being denied at Conrad's because there was only 7 mins left in the day) and told them I'd be in soon if they would be there. They stayed late to help, smiles on both their face the whole time. Don't give your money to anyone else. Glad I was forced to stop through this nice little town.

As a woman who has been driving 22 years, I've had numerous cars into repair shops. I have NEVER been treated with so much respect. I was not dismissed or spoken over. My boyfriend was with me and he still spoke directly to me. He was quick, thorough, and extremely well priced. He called with updates as soon as he knew anything. I will only be recommending vermilion auto from now on.
Very honest on what your needs. I moved out to Lorain County 4yrs ago and didn’t know where to take my car to get the maintenance done so I was taking it to the dealership and overpaying. I just wanted to find a place to be upfront and honest with me on the maintenance my car needs and not break the bank. I called for a oil change and tire rotation today and they got me in . In addition they let me know my breaks were good but I would probably need tires by winter. I am glad I found a new place for car repairs, definitely will be back! Thank you for your honesty!
I went to have the heat plate thingy over my muffler removed and the did it for free. I came back for a few other things and am quite happy with the service. I'll be going back.
UPDATE: I've been back to see Joe several times now for various things. Each time he has shown the upmost professionalism. He goes out of his way to be helpful and courteous. And as a woman, I'm so glad to have a mechanic I feel won't take advantage of me. I highly recommend.

FANTASTIC Service!! I had new tires mount and balanced on my Honda CRV. Was out quick, and nobody was able to beat Joe's price. Awesome guy too. I called on a Friday late afternoon for a slow leak in my tire. Joe told me to come in the following morning so he could look at it before I had to travel out of town that same afternoon. I was only there for about 15 minutes and he had it figured out and fixed at a low cost! He was very professional and exceptional! I was really impressed.
