Danny Coffee was a real big help. Called around 5pm for a vehicle and left that same night by 7:30pm with it. Him and the staff stayed after close to make the deal seamless. I bought a 2019 Ford Escape from Liberty Ford in Vermilion. I would recommend buying a car from them anytime. Norm Schultz was an excellent salesperson. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did not pressure me to buy.

I feel ripped off. Way over charged such as a quart of Lucas Product oil additive - $29.00 where at the Auto Zone store across the street the same quart - $17.XX. The block heater male plug at the end of the power cord had a short. I requested that they just replace the plug. They quoted me over $400.00 to replace the block heater, so I requested that they just replace the entire block heater power cord. They charged me over $400.00 for less than 8 ft of power cord. I can buy 75 feet of extension cord for $59.00. Same cord material as the block heater power cord. They charged me over $1200.00 to fix an oil leak. The leak still exists. When I confronted the service department customer service rep, all I got was a bunch of excuses. I wonder how these people sleep at night and look at themselves in the mirror without a sense of shame.

A huge shoutout to Devin Pritt for making my ford bronco dream become a reality. I dread going to the dealership because I feel overwhelmed by all the options out there and the hours spent doing paperwork. Devin narrowed everything down to 2 vehicles for me and had me in and out in under 2 hours. I Brought my F-150 in for service almost a month ago for a oil change and tire rotation . After waiting almost an hour , they told me that the cabin filter needed replaced I said go ahead and replace it. I paid for the service on the truck , I noticed that they never rotated the tires , I went back inside and brought it to their attention , the supervisor came outside and looked at the tires , I pointed out to him how I knew they weren't rotated . I asked him how can the mechanic do all that he said he did ,without removing the tires . Brake inspection ETC .He took the Truck back inside and they rotated the tires . For my inconvenience they credited me for the Oil change and tire rotation . I had already been there far too long , I had 2 appointments that I needed to get to by the end of the day . On my way to the appointment , I noticed that the center of the steering wheel that has the Ford emblem , that contains the Air bag was cracked in half !! I didn't have time to call the dealership . I called the next day to speak to the service manager ,I was told he was busy and he would call back shortly . After waiting for 2 hrs I drove back to the dealership and and asked for the Manager . I pointed out to him what I found , he had never seen something like this before , I told him the only way something like that could happen , is by blunt force such as a Punch . He said they would take care of the damage and order a new part . I told him how upset I was about this whole experience , and questioned him on what kind of people do you have working back there . I brought the truck back 5 days later so they could fix the damage . Afterwards , I spoke with the service manager and told him I will take my truck somewhere else for service , you lost my trust as a customer . I wonder how many other people pay for service that's not performed . I said how do I know if you even changed the oil. He said he would take the truck back and change the oil if I wanted . I said you've already wasted enough of my time , I be taking it somewhere else for now on !!!!!

Although I may have been less than understanding with the big guy (apologize can’t remember the name) in the service department today when he explained what my warranty covers and does not, I do appreciate the effort he and the rest of his office did for my vehicle. I misunderstood my warranty paperwork and the service guy behind the counter was a solid guy for looking it all up and telling me what I needed to hear. The girl at the window was friendly and understanding which I appreciate as well. I bought my car from a different liberty ford, but I appreciate the service office for their effort. Also, I apologize for getting a little agitated in the moment. Thanks for the help on my vehicle.

I went in looking at the new Broncos and everyone there was very helpful. Mark went with me to test drive it, and answered all my questions. If he wasn't sure , he made sure to check with someone else to get it answered. He was polite, friendly and professional. My schedule is pretty packed and they stayed after one day to allow me to pick up my new car, which I am so thankful they made accommodations to help me out.
