This morning I was gifted an Angel named Jasmine who works at AutoZone. I’m crossing the country on a shoestring budget, pulling a Uhaul and discovered my low beams were out! Jasmine not only looked to see if there were some open boxes of lights for my vehicle (and there was) she installed them like a pro! And, refused a tip! Wow! She is a rare and welcome person to come across. May she be doubly blessed for her kindness. 🙏💕

Had a great experience at this autozone during a quick stop to replace the front windscreen wipers on my car. Mark was incredibly friendly and helpful— he guided me through the process of selecting the wipers, suggested a solid brand for my rear wiper, and even took the time to install them for me. It made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Big thanks for making everything just right!

Needed a new battery and was fortunate enough to find what I needed here. Bill was an excellent employee who did a fantastic job changing out the old battery. It wasn't the easiest switch out due to all the hook ups but he handled it and got it done. Highly recommend this store and this will be my go to store from now on.

I can't recall the guy's name..... But the one wearing the Iraqi veteran hat, he was extremely helpful while I changed the heater hose in the parking lot. Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.

I had come in today to attempt to get LED headlights for my car, one of the employees there had told me that the LED headlights are illegal (which I already knew). My brother(18 years old) had come in with me and tried to tell me otherwise. The employee had tried to make a point to my brother that they were illegal…( which once again.. “i” the person who was buying it had already known) Once I had picked a non-illegal set of headlights for my car, the employee, instead of checking me out decided to stand there on his phone trying to search for the law that stated leds are illegal and walked over to my brother to show him..To once again prove a point. I find it completely ridiculous that the employee had such an ego that he had to prove a point to an 18 year old kid instead of checking out a paying customer. Would recommend going to Advanced Auto Parts which is just on the other side of the street over this store!

Mike at this Auto Zone helped me out. My RV suddenly wouldn't start at the diesel pump at the Shell Station in Sunbury. I needed a new battery quickly. Not just any battery; a deep cycle 1000 cold cranking amp, heavy duty battery. Mike looked and they had one. It was close to closing time but Mike indicated he would stay a few extra minutes if need be. I got there before they closed, Mike pointed me to the battery, and I got it, at a reasonable price, less than I expected anyway, and got back in my Uber to the RV. AutoZone saved the day for me.

Today I went into this store to get a new battery for my wife's minivan. I wanted to get this task over with as soon as possible and William Temple helped me do just that! He completely swapped out my old/new batteries and got me back on the road within 15 minutes! Thank you very much for providing this service with an awesome employee!!! I find their prices higher than O'Reilly by far and they seemed to always be short staffed. Makes for a long wait for the simple things. Simple fuses $2 more than at O'Reilly.

Great place with quality replacement parts. Easy process for returns and if you have a light on for repair, they will plug your car in and print you out a repair code and what is wrong.

My old car alerted me I needed engine oil as I was leaving a work meeting in a unfamiliar to me area. I’m so grateful my gps took me to this autozone! Michael saved my day when he looked at my car, told me what kind of oil I needed and even popped the hood to put it in for me! 10/10, thank you Michael!!!!

Harold was the BEST and got us the right part with a smile! He was able to go the extra mile when on the phone with our local store and even though we had to travel to Sunbury to get it he had it ready for us when we got there! He deserves a BIG thank you and recognition for his excellent customer service!

Great friendly employees was asked upon entering if I needed help by Dem-- - can't remember the young man's name he's worked there a year and put my battery in and showed me trailer things I asked about and he carried them to my car also.

Do not recommend for business use. The Sunbury, Ohio location wastes my time every time I call. Employees are in capable of even looking up old orders under a company name. Will never order with them again.

Ordered parts for two cars last week they said that they would be in in the evening didn't show up till the next day. And bought a can of Fix- a flat can was defective went in to exchange it and before I could say anything he said we've credited your credit card I only have one credit card that I use for auto parts and auto repairs I don't carry that card and I figured that I could just exchange it the kid was kind of rude it said I had to pay for it so I was rude back and I will never go into AutoZone ever again poor service you're not quick enough to get parts in and the bald guy I believe his name is William is rather standoffish and doesn't make you feel very welcome

Balding old man that works here is incredibly rude and condescending. This was not the first time he has been unbelievably nasty, but you can believe it is the last. Never again. If I have to pay more elsewhere, so be it. This place has nothing over any of the other auto parts stores in Sunbury. Not worth the rude treatment. With 3 other part stores in the immediate vicinity, having discourteous employees makes the decision easy.

Went in to get a simple part, as I have done many times before. Never had any issues before except for feeling slightly unwelcome and awkward. Today just proved my weird feelings due to the fact that the man who helped me was incredibly rude. I didn’t know the answer to a question about the part I was getting and he made sure to let me know audibly, to my face, how annoyed he was with me. I am the manager of a restaurant so I get being annoyed by things, but providing good customer service means keeping that attitude to yourself and helping the customer with any confusion. I have dealt with rude customers at my job but I’ve never been treated rudely by an EMPLOYEE for no reason. This has literally never happened to me as a customer so I was too shocked to say anything although I was tempted to leave right then and there. Disappointed in myself for not making my feelings known but it is what it is. Will not be going back and hope that future customers should be wary of shopping here. There are good employees I have interacted with, but they could also very well sigh, roll their eyes, and tell you to your face how annoying you are as a customer. It’s also good to note that I was in and out in 5 minutes...wasn’t being difficult at all for this guy. Just overall really disappointing. Glad that there are a ton of alternative auto parts stores in Sunbury to get what I need.

So this joke of a store sold us the wrong battery and refused to give us the correct battery or refund the money. Worst experience ever dealing with an auto parts store period.

So I needed to get some tail lights for my car and possibly a socket because mine had corroded. Jason L helped me so well! He was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I really appreciated him getting my car right and he helped save me money because he cleaned the socket and it worked fine. Thank you for all your help Jason.

My battery died about a mile away from AutoZone. Walked to the store to purchase a battery, and the parts delivery man volunteered to drive me back to my car. He even changed my battery and took my core back to the store for exchange. Recommend this AutoZone to anyone that wants to deal with real human beings that care about their customers. Thanks again!

I come to this store often to get parts and other accessories for my car. I have a pleasent time each visit, always greeted and asked if I need help finding anything. The only reason I give three stars is because of an older gentlemen that works there, I am never greeted by him, nor asked any questions. He seems to be very unfriendly and refused to sell me a clamp for a radiator bypass cap saying "you don't use clamps for that". I don't have TOO much knowledge when it comes to cars, but I'm pretty sure the way to keep my radiator from spewing fluid everywhere is to clamp either a hose, or bypass cap onto it.. unless you just want it to be pushed off by the pressure. It's never a good experience when this gentlemen is working, and I try to avoid him where I can just because I don't want his attitude to impact my day.
