I had a truck break down in New Albany, Oh. I couldn't find anyone to look at it then I call these fine folks. He sent a guy to look at the truck then when it couldn't be fixed there. they went back got a tow truck towed it to the dealer in columbus, Oh. And was more then reasonable. If you ever need help in this area call these folk they are the best.

on Friday 9/15/23 our Class A Motorhome broke down at a rest area on I 71 just north of Columbus. After waiting on Road Side Assistance for over 20 hours and 5 different towing companies which were all no shows, on Saturday we called Bill to see if he could tow us to a repair service center. He was very helpful and friendly on the phone and indicated he could be there around 2PM. He arrived at 2pm, hooked up and towed the RV to the designated repair center. Bill was very professional, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Bill and Heavy Duty Truck and Equipment Services to any one that needs assistance.

Bill was a life saver. My motorhome had a blow out, I spent over 8 hours fighting with my roadside assistance to get help. I finally called Heavy duty truck at 9 at night and Bill picked up and headed right over. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I wish I had called right away. I can't recommend him enough.
I called Bill out of the blue when a company truck broke down in Centerburg. He spent a more than 30 minutes over two separate phone calls, including one after hours, walking me through a diagnosis of the problem, possible repair requirements, repair facilities, and possible towing options INCLUDING OTHER TOWING COMPANIES. My business is headquartered in Michigan, and his local knowledge was extremely helpful. He was also spot-on in diagnosis, towing, and repair estimates just off the top of his head. (He did not perform the repairs.)
I hope to never break down around this area again, but I know who to call if I do.

Bill is an honest person and pleasure to talk to. I called him for a roadside breakdown and he gave me a great price to come out and look at it and he was honest about the repairs it would need. Don’t waste your time calling around, Heavy Duty is your best choice in the area!

Bill would not stop complaining of the phone while trying to give him details, insisted I was wrong or needed additional information. It's not that hard to find a place. Learn how to use GPS and talk to your customers, otherwise you don't need to be working with people.
Was tailgated within by their big trucks"HEAVY 1" Ohio plate PFP 7545 on I71 at 36/37 on 9/13 at 16:50 on my motorcycle. Is this indicative of the type of employees they hire?
