My check engine light came on in my 2018 Chevrolet Traverse with an evaporative emissions system issue so I took my vehicle to Sumner Auto Care in Harrison OH. I dropped it off in the morning and Ryan was able to diagnose the issue within an hour. I also had a TPMS light on and the battery on 3 of my tire pressure monitors on my tires were completely dead and the battery was low on the 4th. They gave me a price break on replacing all 4 on my tires and was very reasonable on the purge valve replacement. I had my vehicle back the same day. Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of Ryan and the rest of the staff, not to mention the very reasonable pricing on the repairs completed on my vehicle. I have piece of mind again now that the check engine light is off, and my vehicle runs like a charm! I will definitely use them again.

Took my 2010 Tacoma for an overall checkup they replaced original front struts replaced leaking wheel cylinders and changed all four tires Ray answered all my questions in a concise understandable manner Told him he was my new mechanic highly recommend

I am now a forever future customer of Sumner Auto Care Harrison. On my way to work the check engine light and trac off lights came on. I also had a maintenance needed light that came on the day prior. I knew it needed an oil change since I had recently purchased my used 4-Runner, but wasn’t sure when the last oil change was done. So, I called Sumner Auto Care Harrison and asked if they could get be in first thing as I had an appt I needed to be to by 10am. I was told to bring it on in. I got there right after they opened and was met with a friendly, we will pull it in and take a look. I wasn’t offered some crazy expensive or unnecessary services. I was in and out in under an hour and was charged a great, reasonable price for the oil change. I had a large evap leak causing the error codes, hoping the new gas cap will fix that! Thanks for the great, fast, friendly service. I will be back!😊

I am handicapped and my car needed an oil change badly. I called Sumner and spoke to Ray. I told him of my situation and he walked down to my house (I live really close) picked up my car, changed the oil and brought it back to me. I took my vehicle to Tire Discounter's for a routine oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle was functioning just fine when I dropped it off. However, when I showed up to pick up my vehicle, it would not start. When I addressed the issue to the store manager, he tried to be helpful and assured me that his technicians were not at fault. However, it was obvious that one of the technicians had messed something up. Whether by accident or intentionally, I do not know. They swore that it was a problem with the fuel pump and were more than happy to quote me prices to replace it. Fed up, I did not want them touching my vehicle any more, so I towed the vehicle to my house and ordered a new fuel pump to install myself. Despite installing the new fuel pump, my vehicle still did not start. At this point I just wanted to know what was truely wrong with my vehicle, so I wanted to make sure I got a skilled and competent mechanic to look at it. Having seen good reviews for Sumner Auto Care, I had my vehicle towed to their shop. After a simple inspection, the Sumner mechanic not only found what the problem was, but because it was such a quick and simple fix, they didn't even bother charging me. I am now a customer for life. Any and all of my car repairs or maintenance will now be done at Sumner Auto Care.

I brought my car in for an oil change, brakes, and a good look over before a long trip. The guys (Ryan and Crew) at Sumner were quick to get me my car back on the road, were communicative throught the whole process, and were very reasonably priced. They also got me in and out in less than a day, even with replacing rotors. Definitely recommend!

This place is a gem, ask for Ray, he will take good care of you. I did some DIY troubleshooting and replaced spark plugs. It helped but it was clear my car still had issues and we lacked the experience to solve the issues with my 13 y/o car. Ray was able to quickly diagnose the issue and recommend sensible, cost effective repairs. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Took my car to get an estimate on shocks and struts for my 2008 Mercury Sable. They were very honest and told me my car needs more work than it is worth and even though they would like my money and business, they suggest not getting it fixed and possibly looking for another car. Very good dude and appreciate the honesty. Will definitely keep them in mind in the future.

Ray was absolutely amazing. He got us in right away, figured out what was wrong with the car right away, and helped work on the price that worked for me and my husband. We were definitely grateful for the work these guys did for us. I would 1000% recommend this place if your car needs any repairs!

I brought my car in for an oil change, because my usual place was unavailable. Ray was very professional and helpful. Told me I needed new brakes and new tires. Which I knew but hadn’t pursued. Ray gave me a great price on both of them scheduled me for the next day and it was done in a couple hours. Ray also noted I needed new struts and some other front end suspension work. I discussed it with Ray at length, we came up with a time and a price and it was done in a very efficient professional manner. Definitely recommend this place.

There did my oil changes fast and affordable. I actually brought 2 cars in for an oil change. They had great customer service also. I’m probably going to make this my go to for all my cars services. Also a big thanks to the workers for speaking with me about stuff that needed done and double checking over their work. One of my cars were sitting for 2 years and they took care of it for me.

Usually I do my own oil changes but with the cold temperatures and lack of garage, I decided to go to a shop. I used Google to search for one nearby since it has been a long time and I wasn't sure where to go. Sumner had all 5 star reviews and they deserve it. They were quick and the price was reasonable. Both gentlemen I met were friendly. The place is also a 6 minute walk to The District so you can walk and grab a coffee or bite to eat if you'd like. I'll definitely be back for future work.

The first visit was for bad fuel lines, and both times, they provided quality work at a reasonable price. Their communication was great, keeping me informed throughout the process, and they had my vehicle fixed the same day each time. I highly recommend them for any auto service needs—superior customer service and reliable repairs. Definitely my go-to shop!

Normally we take our cars to dealerships for the work that is suggested, but just keep getting hit with "it needs this with the oil change" every time we go (no surprise, I guess) and the costs they want are INSANE. We finally decided to try a local shop out, and this one stood out to me for the great reviews. I spoke with Ryan first, who suggested I contact Ray at this location to take care of our needs. I had a lot of questions and Ray took care of each one as I asked. The dealership claimed our truck needed several things, and Ray was helpful in telling us what the truck actually did need, and what it didn't and we saved a LOT of money. Honesty and kindness goes a long way, and we will be returning here for any future needs. Also, HUGE thank you to Ray and his team for helping my husband when they noticed we had a tire that needed inflated badly on our motorcycle as we left and quickly helping us put air in it (we drove it there to do the pick up of the truck). Had they not helped us, we'd of been in a bad spot.
