I have to say, Ed is one of the kindest people I've ever met. My car broke down and I was able to make it to his parking lot when my transmission failed finally, and he was kind enough to give me, my wife and 4 day old newborn a ride home and wouldn't take any money I offered him. He's a true gentleman and if he does this for a complete stranger, I can only imagine the way he conducts business. Thank you again Ed, you'll never know how much it truly means. 🤝

They did great work on our vw was told by other shops would be a hard color to match they took care of it looks new again. The most surprising part was what they did that they were not paid for the inside of our car was admittedly dirty we've been busy for way to long haven't had a chance to clean it came back spotless thanks for all of Randy lanes team they truly earned 5 stars
I took my car to see Ed at Rand Lanes Auto Body after a piece of debris on the highway hit my car and caused excessive paint damage. Ed was quick able to use a special solution and wax to make the car look as good as new. He easily could have ran it up as an insurance claim and billed more money. but was super honest and handled the issue right then and there. I was blown away by the honest and customer service!
I unfortunately had a mishap with some overhead storage in the garage that resulted in a small but noticeable dent in the hood of my SUV. I almost didn’t get an estimate for fear of a high price. I’m glad I did though because Randy Lane’s was able to do a paintless dent repair making it look good as new at a super reasonable price. In and out on the same day.
Amazing help on a collision repair. I was actually educated how that system works and could not be more thankful as the insurance company at fault really wasn't looking out for our best interest but the folks at Randy Lane got with them and explained all the damage and actual repair cost acting as a go between for us. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any needed body work to them. Honest and courteous. Hard to find these days!
I had a spray in bed liner put in my 2015 Silverado. Everything was as quoted. I tell everyone I bought a T-shirt and got a free bed liner. My truck was cleaner than when I brought it to them. The service was excellent. Would highly recommend them.
Excellent work. Had a late change to my schedule and they managed to move my job forward a day with no notice. Work was completed exactly as explained and long time issue with our vehicle resolved in a day.

My brand new Malibu got hit in the back panel and I called this shop.They worked with my insurance co.,gave me a nice clean Kia Optima to drive for a few days.When I picked up my car I couldn't see where it got hit at all.I WAS VERY HAPPY.I waited my 90 days before I went thru an automatic drive thru car wash and haven't had any issues with color match or anything.I'm not sure about prices for something like my issue but everyone I tell the price to,say the same thing,that's a great price.
The employees were really helpful and made sure that I knew what was going on with my vehicle. They told me that my vehicle would probably be totalled, and therefore no work for them, and they didn't seem to mind... If I ever need body work done, I will go back .

They were very nice and professional. My car (2011 Ford Fusion) was a mess when I dropped it off-not just from the accident but it needed a good cleaning as well-I had stuff everywhere. When I got my car back I was surprised to see that it was clean inside and out. They picked up all the stuff I had scattered in the trunk and organized it. All the stuff my daugher had piled in the back seat was picked up and organized as well. It was detailed inside and out as clean as it has ever been. I couldn't be more impressed with their work. They also made car rental arrangements through my insurance. This will be the only body shop I use in the future. Thank you Randy Lane.
I heard from a friend that Randy Lanes does good work; so when I backed my truck into my friends car, I went to them. I was incredibly happy with the quality of work they did.
So when I got rear ended and literally had the same damage done to my truck, I knew where I was going. My truck was dirty when I brought it to them, so I was not worried about them cleaning it (I knew that they would because they did the last time) but they did it anyway. Inside and out. I felt like I got into a new truck.
They kept me informed to all of the work they were doing and if anything else needed to be done prior to doing it. Unbelievably nice people and very professional. I will go nowhere else for as long as I live in the area.

I actually used Randy Lane because I was having a windshield replaced by a glass company - since the glass company could not do the replacement in my driveway (I have a canvas top vehicle which makes it difficult to replace the windshield) they did it at Randy Lanes shop - the gals who took my car for me was SO NICE!!!!! I mean they went above and WAY beyond great customer service. They came outside in the bitter cold (below zero temperatures) to give me my keys - then they noticed the inside of the window was foggy so the one employee runs inside to get me paper towels! they were happy, friendly and in a good mood - to me, when I see someone who is at work and in a good mood - it means they are treated well and enjoy their job.
If I ever need body work done - I'll be going back there. And will definitely recommend it to anyone who may need body work -- thanks for the great service Randy Lane Auto Body
