Woman behind counter on 12-5 is as rude as it gets. Was going to spend alot of money on brakes for 3 fleet dump trucks but not with her. Went to autozone instead.

The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond by calling another store and making sure they hold a part for me ..since nobody has it in stock in Harrison.... Heater hose replacement.... I thought it would be in stock for sure... But everyone else said it would be a day on ordering.... But he called and help me out... So now I can finish my car... And the colerain store lady and gentlemen where nice and helpful.... Thanks for good team members....

I spoke with three different places and this one is the best, Logan is a fabulous employee he deserves a raise for his knowledge and for being helpful and understanding. I hate calling and dealing with idiots. So when I spoke with him I was pleasantly surprised. Whoever his boss is please pay this man more and keep him around he's definitely an asset to your company !!

I frequent this store weekly. I normally place an online order and pick up my parts in the evening after work. Normally I am greeted by Dan Wisman and he is always A+ excellent with customer service. There have been times where unfortunately the earliest I can get to the store is 10 minutes or so before close and Dan is always polite and helpful. Today 11/29 was one of those days where I had to work late and unfortunately showed up to pick my online order up at 8:55pm. I approached the door and it was locked. A gentleman named Joe came to the door and looked visibly annoyed and stated through the glass window “we’re about to close”. He then unlocked the door and repeated himself that “I had about 2 minutes to get what I needed”. I mentioned I had already paid for an online order and just needed to pick it up. I was at the store from 8:56pm - 8:59pm. There is plenty of places to shop for auto parts in Harrison and the only reason I continue to use this location is the excellent service I receive from Dan on a regular basis, and the SpeedPerk program. If I have to encounter with Joe again, unfortunately I will take my business elsewhere down the road.

Good prices, has a rewards program and let’s you dump oil. However, service has tremendously went downhill at this location. Employees seem annoyed you are shopping there.

I live 0.5 miles from this store, therefore I have gone in a few times due to convenience. All three experiences have been less than pleasant. The first time, I had a car battery that was less than a year old and dead. I went for a warranty replacement. The elderly woman helping me was not welcoming, seemed annoyed to be assisting me, and stated in a rude tone what I already knew after testing the battery..."it is completely dead...no charge at all." Being a veteran I was scoping out military license plate frames as she was working on the warranty replacement. This same woman basically told me she would not discuss other products in the store until I gave her all the information she wanted for my battery. I informed her that I would provide the information she wanted when I decided to and I would be looking at other products until that time. Two other times, I have stopped in to wander the store searching for products without help as I watch employees on their cell phones. The last time a few days ago, there were 3 observable employees in the store when I arrived and one other customer than myself. No one seemed interested in asking if I needed help, again employees were immersed in their cell phones, or chatting amongst themselves without any attention to the customer. The staff seems angry to be there, and I am convinced I need to keep driving to one of several other auto parts stores just a bit down the road. Poor customer service on multiple visits is not acceptable.

Very unprofessional. I went there for a battery 01/19/21 at 1:45pm. The man that helped me had no idea what he was doing I had to assist him. They do not answer phones or throughly explain anything. The man I spoke with today was very rude. I will never shop at that specific location again.

I'd give it a zero if I had the option. Went in today and found something on clearance. Red sticker. Price tag matched the item. Took it up to the register and the manager was brought over to do price change. SHE went back, took the sticker down, and refused to sell it to me for the price it was supposed to be because it was clearance! Seriously? And the employee warned us she might do that when he pulled her over! Totally the worst service ever. I called a manager at another location and he said she has to honor that price, and she refused. My husband spends thousands of dollars there. Not anymore! Very frustrated!

Ignored when I walked in. After I struggled to find what I needed, I went to the counter to pay. The employee, obviously busy on the phone with a customer but the manager made eye contact with me and yelled to employee that I was waiting on him. Then, the manager walked out.

Wonderfully helpful when my car had a problem. Accurate information, delivered with a smile and a reasonable price. In and out within five minutes, and my car was right as rain. Thanks, Kyle!
