Tammy was an excellent help, she went above and beyond while we were stranded. She hand delivered a part we needed on her own time after she got off work. We tried to pay her but she refused, and when we went to the store Kevin helped us with our troubles. Kevin and Tammy are the kind of employees to keep around, we greatly appreciated all they and Autozone did for us!

I was the there the other day, had help from all the staff but the guy in specific is Ralph Taylor. He came out and helped me put the thing on my car and got on his hands and knees to help me. He helped me until we figured it out because it wasn’t working after we did the first thing and then he recommended fuses and it worked! I just wanna thank him for being a great employee.

The manager of this AutoZone I hope I got the right one that's in like Harrisburg Ohio this woman I was stranded on the side of the road and I made it to AutoZone and she done everything to make sure that I made it home to Indianapolis I fixed my car thanks to her her name is Tammy I can't remember her last name she's the manager one nice lady best I ever dealt with

Night ManagerTammy was very, very helpful. We are from Indy, and was broke down close to closing time and she made sure we were taken care of!!

The guy that helped me was nice but he gave me the wrong thing when I asked for a pair of earbuds and they were very big difference on shape and everything but the same price and when I went back the lady told me that she couldn't process my return if I opened the box to double-check and said that the ones I had were the ones that I purchased and they were not. I'm never coming back ever again. This is honestly insane. If you're going to sell something don't deceive people on what it really is. Because I have a certain type of ear wear I can't wear certain types

Tammy is fantastic! I have a weird wiper blade in my car. I haf to exchange the one that the computet said it was. She took the time yo match the one I had and ordered it to the store. I dont think anyone else would have taken that kind of time to help.

I'd like to thank Ralph Taylor at the Harrison AutoZone for helping me out last month on a battery swap. There's no one better in the business...............please don't retire!

Ralph helped me find the right headlight and coolant for me, and was very helpful while I was trying to get the right tools to change out the light, even brought to my attention how tires were cracking! thank you so much

Older lady working was very rude, I took my business elsewhere. I have been running a company for 4 years and would never treat a customer the way she did. Never have I walked out of a store so fast.

me and my husband are driving to michigan and my lug nuts came loose. BEST customer service ever, the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. they let us borrow their tools and were extremely helpful. Just super genuine people. we appreciate them so much.

I wanted to give a shout out to Tammy and Ralph for being so incredibly kind and helpful! I came to this store after being treated very rudely at another store. Thanks to Tammy for answering my questions on the phone and ensuring me that there would be someone available to help me install my new battery. Thank you so much to Ralph for being so sweet and helpful when installing my new battery. He even cleaned off all the corrosion without complaint (previous store said they wouldn’t even touch it). This will be my go to store from now on. I will also add, the other workers present that day were all also very kind and helpful. Thank you Harrison Auto Zone!

This location is the best location. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. However, the ladies and men at this location is top notch. Always friendly and helpful. Plus this location always has the parts in the shelves unlike other locations.

I had great service and received peace of mind from an associate at AutuZone Harrison Ohio. I believe his name is Curtis. He was kind, listened to me & my concerns. He solved my problem with action. Stopped by this evening after stopping at another location, knowing that employee wasn't too sure of what he was doing. Got my battery checked & got the CORRECT answer as to what was wrong. Can't remember the male employees name, but he was professional, knowledge & friendly. Update 7/2/18...Went back a week after my first visit to exchange a product that was still under warranty & the staff made it fairly quick & easy. Much appreciated when your car is down.

I needed to find out if my battery was bad. A gentleman checked it. He was able tell me my battery was fine but not the voltage regulator. He was able to help me pinpoint my problem and at no charge. That is a great service for me!!

I always get exceptional and friendly service at this location but today Travis went above and beyond to help me get the battery in my car. I'm not mechanically inclined at all and to have someone who is willing and able to help me made a big difference in my day
