Very happy with Donate Stuff. Appointments were readily available. They arrived as promised. The driver was very personable. There were 16 bags of almost new clothing that can easily be used. Best of all, Donate Stuff provides the names of several charities you can choose from to benefit from your donation. I am happy I will be supporting The Sanctuary for Senior Dogs.

This works well for me- I can't stand emotion declutter and put it all on my porch. They pick it up next morning. So easy and I can choose what charity I'm donating to!

I got a reminder txt the day before my scheduled pick up. At 730am I dragged all the bags to my porch where they sat ALL day. You can't reach anyone by phone, you have to leave a msg. If they couldn't come they could have at least notified me, SMH

Donatestuff was exactly what they said. The driver called & said he was in the way, the scheduled day. He saw the tagged bags on the carport. Loaded them up & was on his way in 5 minutes. I certainly will schedule more pickups. 5 star rating!!

Amazing company! I put in a pick up request and they came on the day as promised around 10:30AM. I had 14 bags of clothes and they took them all. Just left them right on the side of the house no questions asked. You also get to choose where you want to donate. I chose rise in love center and hope my donated helped some families. 10/10 would use again

Showed up on the day scheduled. Even in the rain. The man was very nice who picked the stuff up. I love how donatestuff helps with other charities too! We will definitely use them again and again

I had to come back and change my review from one star. They initially didn't make the stop yesterday but they were very responsive this morning and had someone out today to pick it up the donation and I'm so glad they did.
