Man talked me into opening up an account with them to save money on purchases just to turn around and not let me use my card on my next purchase. Said it was “too late” to scan… if I didnt absolutely need that part right then and there I would’ve just turned around and left. HORRRIBLE customer service
When you call them they do not answer the phone. When you go into the store they sit around looking at you. If you are not working (on break etc.)go find an area where you won't be noticed by the customer. It looks like you don't care that customers are in line and you won't help them.
Pete there runs a great store, has so much stock, good advice, friendly.
This and the store on W130 are my go to car parts store.
If you remember the old Miles Drive In or Value City they are in that area location.
I was driving my old school 1968 Cadillac DeVille when the fan belt shredded I stopped in and I had the nicest guy that waited on me, he even walked outside looked under the hood to make sure he was getting the right part for me. Excellent service thank you.

I used to go to the auto part stores with all the commercials or fancy jingles. Sometimes they had what I needed sometimes they didn't. No matter what I always felt like I paid to much. I never felt that way with Car Parts Warehouse, Pete and the guys are hospitable and very knowledgeable. Most importantly they have whatever you need at an inexpensive price.
Car Parts Warehouse is always a great experience. The associates are very kind and professional. I've gotten parts for both my Chevy and Ford for the past several years and I have never had a problem. Great service and great prices.

I've been placed one 3 15 minute holds to just have someone hang up on me. I would really like to believe they are busy but it seems like the do not have the staff to man the phone calls that come in.
Former retail location (Value City) which has been chalked together to hold literal car parts. Outside of drawing people to this location based on appearances, it just doesn't have that appeal. At the end of the day, this place lives or dies on its actual products (quality, price, etc.). Looking like a higher-tier store just isn't going to happen here, and that's okay because of what they're selling here.
Car parts warehouse is immensely better then the "big box" auto parts stores (AutoZone, O'Reilly's, AutoZone). It's not perfect, but it's pretty damn good. They actually tell you what brand of part you're buying, instead of reboxing everything as their own brand. And the prices are better then the other ones as well. Not to mention staff that isn't completely incompetent, such as pretty much everywhere else. Thank you. Keep up the good work. Some of the stores are slow (like this warrensville heights one). And the selection and availability still could be better, especially for European and other foreign cars. Like why doesn't anyone carry metric size hoses, fittings, etc? Modern vehicles don't use fractional sizes for anything.
Delivering there was interesting. Once inside and found someone, where I needed to back into was easy. I did call them and asked if I could stay in their lot over night. I was granted it as my delivery time was 0500. Was a quiet night, nobody bothered me. No common pizza places near...I didn't look for Chinese food. Took them about 2 hrs to unload a full trailer. Apparently, I was to have 17 skids as opposed to 34 skids. I'm just the carrier, the shipper screwed up there. But I feel it's always the carriers fault from their points of view with a message written on my Bill's.
Walk in, tell part, them boom they running to go get it. I love everyone here they will speak to you while someone is grabbing your part so your 10min wait feels like 3minutes. But they are fast retrieving your parts.
Great customer service and the lady who helped me was very knowledgeable. The place is a little dirty but their prices are good and they carry lots of parts other stores have to order or are hard to find.
They had my parts at a great price and Pete is probably one of the most knowledgeable guys in the city , I've been dealing with these guys for years and still waiting to have a bad experience , top notch staff top notch store thanks again CPW !!!!
Front desk people are very nice and friendly, person i had was Rob and they didn't have what i needed but he still made sure my needs got met even though he had to make a few calls around. Will continue to shop with them when i need parts for my car.
