My experience was highly satisfied.The young man who helped me was very helpful,he knew exactly what to give me to meet my need and on top of that he was very polite. Should have asked him for his name because he deserves to be noticed.All I know he was a middle Eastern young guy.

Fast friendly customer service the store manager is always so helpful when i am in need of parts and i m always given the right parts just a overly amazing store in general not to mention its always clean and up to date with prices etc
Literally watched me get out of my car and walk up to door and they locked it at 8:54. It’s one thing to close early and it’s a whole nother thing to do it as someone is walking up to you.
I just want to send a thank you to Nick! received great customer service from him. I walked in the store he greeted me and helped me right away. I needed wiper blades for the front and rear of my car. He showed me all of the different options to purchase and even informed me of the BOGO sale the store had going on. Then after that in the freezing cold he came out and replaced all of my wiper blades! Thank you so much again! And sorry I came on such a cold day!
We just came to say that Samantha's customer service was above and beyond. We appreciate her looking up our motorhome batteries and giving us a better value than AutoZone. And they had them in stock, which everywhere searched had to be ordered.

Had to replace a bulb in my jeep, it’s a real pain to change so I decided to take it to O’Riellys. Austin was awesome! I appreciate him taking the time to change the bulb out…I know how much of a pain it can be. Thank you!
I love this place !! The staff is awesome. Austin knows what he is talking about !! He was so helpful with me on 3 occasions (2 over the phone where he didn’t know it was me & over 3 vehicles) he knows his stuff and is willing to go that extra mile to help you the best he can whether it’s pricing, opinion, facts, parts, etc.
I live in Parma and come all the way out here bc this location is the best in my experience over the years. You guys rock !
I ended up being a jerk. That was uncalled for. I have been working non-stop for days with little sleep. I flipped out on my own mother, embarrassing myself and undermining an employee. That was pathetic. I apologize for that. I am sorry.
Anyway, The tall guy who worked last shift on 6/21/23 was probably the most helpful employee I've ever encountered. He really went above and beyond and I ended up treating him kind of badly.
I was buying a battery and the tall guy installed it. We ran into some small problems that he fixed. He did a wonderful job. He was very outgoing and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and eager to fix any problem I had. I don't even remember his name. He deserves a bonus or a raise. Maybe I'll see him again so I can properly thank him and apologize for my outburst.
The other guy's name was Donny. He was quite helpful too. Ask Donny who the other guy was. Both those guys are the best.
The employees are super friendly, helpful and helped me pick out good windshield wiper blades. They keep information in their system in case you lose your receipt which is very convenient. AutoZone next door treated me terribly so O'Reillys has my business from now on!
Hung up on me 3 times. Due to injury, I explained that I have speech difficulty. They had no patience for that, so I was transferred, dropped, or put on hold forever... And the last person I got a chance to talk to, before she dropped me, didn't even know what a battery holddown is. Avoid.
My battery decided today was the day it needed replaced and I went to O'Reilly auto parts for the replacement. They not only tested the battery/alternator/starter, but after confirmation that the battery was going bad so Max came out and replaced it for me. Really cool dude to come do that out in the freezing cold with nothing but a t shirt. Thanks a lot for the help
Place is always clean and the staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.
If you go in a peak hours and there's a wait, be patient with them! People need to be more courteous to the service industry workers.
Way better customer service than auto zone and kore of a laid back nature. The guy who helped me a week ago with my break parts was awesome. They dont have that 'Car bro'feeling of atupzone at times

Tends to be my go to parts store. Prices are regularly competitive, and service is generally good and prompt. I've used the tool rental program on many occasions and can verbally find what I need for any moderate project. Store is clean, reasonable to find things in, and unfussy, which I appreciate.
Not much better than Advance but they tend to stock more of the stuff I'm looking for. Manager not very knowledgeable but friendly and doesn't act like I bothered him by coming in.
I had seen some bad reviews so I had to put in my 2 cents worth.
First, the poor reviews are older. As someone who is in there all of the time I can tell you that few of the employees from that time period are still there. My experience has been very positive with the exception of a couple experiences with a couple employees who are no longer there.(I've been a customer since they were named Murray's and located on the other side of the street.)
Currently the only time I've ever seen the crew having a tough time was when 2 guys were assisting customers in the parking lot and the other 2 were dealing with several customers at the counter while the phone calls kept coming in. Since I have been on both sides of that equation (I am in customer service) I would say that that situation can happen anywhere so I wouldn't write them up for that.
On the whole everyone there has been helpful, courteous and professional whenever I've been there.
My experience was great. I am writing the review a little late, but about two months ago, this young man working at the store helped me change my headlight. It was a pain of a light to change (it is next to the battery and you can't reach it without unscrewing a few things first). Anyway, it took him like twenty minutes and he did it in freezing weather with no gloves without complaint. I will go back here.
Dave has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at any retail store. Not only was he rude but he also had a pompous attitude and refused to assist me in the parking lot. I was having a diificult time with my wiper blades and he told me on this particular day everyone was and walked away. I decided to go next door to AutoZone where I was greeted and appreciated. They even installed my blades with a smile and a sincere send off. Because of Dave, I'll never visit another O'Reillys again and suggest my fiends do not as well.
