I ran over a screw and rolled up 20 minutes before closing on a Friday night. They were incredibly kind, did not grumble about it being closing time, and they put my spare on so I could get home safely. Pricing was very fair. Excellent customer service!
⭐ 1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointed
I paid $2,200 at NTB for four new tires, an alignment, brakes, rotors, and calipers, and my vehicle is still swerving hard to the right. On top of that, there are parts hanging underneath my car and pieces actively falling off, which is completely unacceptable after this level of repair.
I have brought my car back to this location three days in a row, and despite the store being empty with no customers, both the workers and the manager keep telling me they “can’t fix it” or “can’t see me.” No real diagnosis, no solution, and no urgency.
At this point, I believe the damaged or missing part should be ordered and replaced, especially considering the amount of money I’ve already spent and the fact that this issue started after their service. Instead, I’ve been given excuses and turned away repeatedly.
This situation has become unsafe. My wife drives our children to school in this vehicle, and she no longer feels safe driving it. That is unacceptable after spending $2,200 on repairs that were supposed to fix these issues.
I also noticed that I did not receive the advertised discount that NTB promotes on its website for services like these.
Between the unresolved mechanical issues, the lack of accountability, and the poor customer service, I honestly feel like I’ve been robbed of my money and my time.
I am requesting contact from a store supervisor or NTB customer care specialist immediately. The service and customer service at this location have been horrible, and this needs to be escalated.
Called today for brake service on one of my vehicles. They were able to get me in the same day and get the rear axle done with pads and rotors in about 1.5 hrs. Mike and Hazel were excellent in customer service and answering questions. They're offering 6mos same as cash financing to qualified purchases to qualifying applicants. I'd definitely recommend this automotive service business to anyone.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience getting my new tires and oil changed at this location. The technicians are friendly and thorough. They took great car of my car and treated it with the utmost respect. A special shout-out to the technician that brought it to my attention that a gps tracker was installed in my car without my knowledge. This location is great and their customer service is amazing. I will definitely be back and recommending to anyone looking for new tires.

Mike and Hazel were infinitely patient with me in the process of paying with multiple cards. I have dealt with them before several times and they are always professional yet friendly and they always know what they’re doing. I highly recommend these two men and their store, here in North Olmsted, Ohio.

Great service!! Far from home and my tire was low. Called and they got me in right away. Checked my tires and found a nail. Tire was patched and I was out in no time! Thanks for the friendly and fast service!
Great service came in and had front brakes new tires alignment a battery and the fixed my front right wheel barring mike was a great salesman and was able to do all that for me in one day I’m so thankful to have my car safe thank you everyone in northolmsted Ohio store great job getting it done in a few hours I had no appointment and they were able to do in a few hours
Mike and his team did a great job of getting a couple items fixed on my vehicle without much effort or worry on my end. Talked over the phone about what needed to be worked on, dropped my vehicle off early Saturday morning using the key box, got a call later that day that it was finished and could pick it up when it was convenient. Price was fair and staff friendly as always.
I haven’t been to NTB in quite a while because I was leasing cars, however we took my wife’s car in and were treated very well. All of our questions were answered, the staff was very courteous and the pricing was fair.
I had such a rough day today with a car I just bought brand new this past Saturday. This morning, my car showed a low tire pressure alert, and by lunch the tire was completely flat. Since I’m very pregnant, I had someone help put on my spare and drove straight to the dealership.
Instead of helping, the dealership immediately blamed me—saying I must have driven over a nail, hit a pothole, or gone through construction. They quoted me an outrageous price for a replacement tire and, to top it off, didn’t even have one in stock.
Frustrated, I called my husband, and he reminded me of how NTB helped us with our last vehicle. Sure enough, NTB came through again! They had the exact tires I needed in stock, got me in right away, and their service was incredible from start to finish.
This is our second time using NTB, and both experiences have been excellent. The team here is professional, kind, and reliable. After today, I know we’ll continue coming back to NTB for years to come!

I am going to start this off by saying as a general rule of thumb I do not trust national chains to work on my vehicles; let alone my pride and joy, "Brandy." However, I decided to give the North Olmstead NTB a chance and I am so happy that I did. Hazel was my first point of contact when I entered the store and he is one of the nicest gentlemen that I have ever met. Mike, the manager, bent over backwards to help me when he didn't have to. Most of the work was done by a tech, also named Mike, and he did phenomenal work as did the others who helped. Brandy was treated with the utmost care and respect. I would come back to this NTB location. Solid team and solid work. Good job guys!
I went there thinking I needed a tire replaced because of a screw, not only did they not tell me that the screw didn’t puncture through, which every shop I’ve ever worked in has been honest with their customers about, which would have saved me time and a lot of money since the old tire was practically new! So just be aware they don’t have honest business practices. They also lie about inspections, when I called to complain about the first issue they said well they never did an inspection which they are supposed claiming to always do! Then as pictured they left the tire a complete mess, leaving the silicone all over the tire and rim! From one honest mechanic to all of you don’t waste your time or money at this location, they’ll be more honest and care more about you somewhere else
