Tell your drivers to stop speeding and disobeying traffic laws. It feels like everyday I come across a Patton’s truck that is going 15-20 mph over the speed limit, or cutting someone off without a turn signal, driving erratically, etc. Seems like a systemic problem so I doubt it gets resolved due to my review. I advise anyone who’s reading this not to patronize a business that refuses to follow basic traffic laws like the rest of us.

Patton’s Towing moved an extremely delicate yet heavy object from my home to place of business with care and the utmost professionalism. Shout out to Jason who got the job done, and went above and beyond to ensure my items safety. Bravo Patton’s Towing!

Exceptional and professional towing services. Last Friday evening my Corvette lost its shifting ability and I could not get the car to move. I called Patton’s on a recommendation of a friend and Ray’s Automotive and I was extremely pleased and thankful for the professionalism and care that the dispatcher and Jaeden our tow truck driver had. Jaeden was professional and really took his time to strategically place my car on the flat bed using all the right straps, skis and tools to get the car safely onto the truck. I am so thankful for their assistance and great service. Will definitely call again whenever I need towing services.

Great service ,friendly & fair highly reccommend.Was enroute to sturgis stuck on side of rd.Gentleman came & got me in 30 minutes.took me to shop for repairs.took my f350 dually & trailer.loaded with care. Ty sir Sturgis was awesome !!!

Absolutely amazing service. Dispatch was quick and accurate with arrival time. When the Tow Driver arrived, (Jason) he was very professional and kind and had my vehicle load on the tow truck with care. He delivered my vehicle to a local tire shop and had it unloaded within minutes. Price for the tow was the lowest around by $110! I will now only choose this Tow Company for all my tows. Thank You!!

Horrible staff horrible rating i asked them to tow my car 4 minutes away. Waiting since 11:33am time i payed it's 3:12pm and they keep making excuses why it's not here now I asked before I left how far is the driver and how long will it take they said and hour called and hour later they said another hour and a half and okay now it's freaking push 4 hours and im literally 4 minutes away also they had came up with a number of 298.44 and then when I got there they wanted 568 dollars its all bad wasted my whole day waiting for a car to get towed 4 minutes away apparently they care more about the police tows then there customers putting my car on the truck to take it down when they get a police called highly recommend you not going to them they dont care at all about they customers they put you after all the police calls no matter if you payed for the vehicle tow first

Ive used Patton Towing 3 times in the last year or so. Each time they were there in less than 30 minutes everytime. Once I had a tie rod go and they got it from the edge of the road to the flat bed with no damage...I will use them everytime. Excellent customer service!!!

Very helpful and professional. Preston went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out and we could get the car to a mechanic. I would definitely call them again if needed.

I called to have an appointment scheduled based upon my kids, going to school and personal life 24 hours in advance. I show up and they said they no longer can service my timing and it would be quite a bit of time To pick the vehicle up for a tow. Whatever happened to courtesy and business ethics. I would not rely on this towing company for promptness and or promises.

Called at 9am and was picked up in less than an hour. The gentleman who came to get my car was so nice and respectful. The price was very affordable and for as stressful as it was to have my car towed, they made it quite easy and reassuring. I would most definitely recommend!!

Had a major mechanical problem on NYD and was able to limp my car to my driveway but no further. Contacted Patton’s first thing on 1/2 and they were in my driveway faster than I could even get my personal belongings out of the car. Professional, fast service got my vehicle to my mechanic and even hand delivered the detailed note I wrote so the mechanic knew exactly where to start his diagnosis. Very satisfied!

If I could give them a zero star rating I would! They are totally unprofessional and super shady. Their website says they close at 5 pm. We called them at 430 to pick up the car, and they said sorry already closed. Then they charged us almost $400 for the two nights (had to be two nights since they wouldn't release it the first night because they "closed" already. On top of that they damaged the hood of the car to the point of the paint chipping off. And when I got there to deal with the guy, he had his Metal clipboard sitting on my hood like he owed the damn car. I was baffled how anyone would think setting anything on someone else's car is ok, let alone a Metal clipboard. Also as everyone else said the people you speak to on the phone are rude and unhelpful.

Used my AAA for a tow to the scrap yard.. I was not aware AAA would not cover that okay cool since the guy was already there I was going to go ahead and get him to tow it he was going to charge me $125 and that was fine.. he then proceeded to tell me I had to pay him cash up front that I couldn't pay him out of the money we got when we went to the scrap yard... Which is very unusual I called anytime towing and allegiance towing and they both said they would take the money out when they got there the scrap yard would directly pay them... And I would get the remainder... Well the tow truck driver told me they don't do that anymore and so many rules have changed blah blah blah and they have to do everything legally... Okay of course but I don't see how that's illegal every other tow company I've ever used has done that..... Except these guys..... Then after he wouldn't do it he took pictures and videos of my vehicle sitting in the yard which I found to be a little strange.... But even that didn't bother me..... what did bother me is the fact he acted like he just didn't want to tow the vehicle at all!! Everything I tried to arrange to get him to tow it he found an excuse not to do it.. Very Very unprofessional and if I ever use my AAA again I will request a different company.

North ridgeville police department and Patton towing have a contract together. My car was impounded for one day and the cost to get it out was $457.67 When you go pick up your car make sure you call in advance 60 minutes because nobody is around the house and make sure you have the correct amount of change. Cash only probably because they don't report it for tax reasons.

I have to say, they did a outstanding job! timely, professional, courteous and i do recommend them with a 5 Star rating. Thanks Paul (Truck Operator) And dispatch staff! My Daughter was in good hands. Thanks Again

My engine overheated and the lady who answered the phone was super nice to me even though they were having an extremely busy day. She gave me multiple options and an honest eta. When Paul arrived he was extremely nice and drove me back to the dealership. I've never been towed before and he was very kind and talked to me the whole way. I was afraid it would be awkward but he made a bad situation seem better. Thank you all so much.

They did EVERYTHING right. Fast, friendly & knowledgeable. They showed up as promised, 30 minutes after I called on a cold Sunday. Driver loaded oversized vehicle in a timely manner and was extremely nice. He knew exactly where to take it at Mercedes dealership and did so. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service! My 2007 Nissan 350Z unexpectedly wouldn't start and needed to be towed to my mechanic. I called my insurance company (USAA) and they immediately put me in touch with Patton's Towing. Original ETA was 60-90 minutes but the driver called about ten minutes later and told me he was on his way. My car sits very low to the ground but Spencer hooked up the chains and loaded it on his flat-bed like a pro. He was very friendly and professional and took great care of my car during the entire process. Patton's definitely made a stressful situation much easier. Great job all around and a huge shout-out to Spencer. Thank you!

Quoted me an hour, was there in 30-45 min. He even tried to jump my car, after we had tried for an hour. He was able to get it to start, but the dealership still wanted it towed. Waited for me to talk to the dealership and even offered to drive me there. Top notch service, incredibly patient and knowledgeable. So very thankful for them turning my early morning disaster into a positive experience.

Blaine came to pull my car out of my grass. What should’ve been a simple pull turned into almost an hour job and became pretty complex. He treated my car like it was a baby. Previous companies destroyed my heat shield, cracked my bumper and dragged my car so far on my gravel driveway I dropped gravel for weeks while driving. This company, specifically this driver, took every single precaution he could and literally tested my car like a baby. My car is my livelihood and a new one isn’t an option for me. Blaine was kind, courteous, respectful, understanding and again BEYOND gentle with my car. I hope he gets the credit he deserves. He could’ve hooked it and dragged it but instead took his time and was gentle. Thank you Blaine and thank you Patton’s Towing.

Just had a phenomenal experience with Patton's Towing... the dispatcher at the office was prompt, courteous and respectful of my time and scheduled my tow without issue. Dave, the driver who picked up my vehicle, was not only on-time but a few minutes early, much to my surprise (and a HUGE relief from my last tow experience). Pure professionalism throughout. Will not hesitate to use again, if/when the need arises. Well done, Patton's!

If your respectful, they will help you out. When I was pulled out of my car, someone took a knife out of my pocket and set it in the divet of my hood and windshield. When i got my car two days later, my knife remained untouched, same place as where the guy left it. At that point my car was buried 3 cars deep in their lot so it had to have been looked at and seen by almost everyone who works there. Good people if you're good people is all i'm sayin. It's a pretty decent towing company

Dispatched by roadside to bring my car home, so was a truly blind experience, but couldn't have been happier. Dispatch was friendly and professional, they beat the projected dispatch time by over half an hour, and the driver was excellent. The truck was clean, well kept, and modern, and the driver was quick, professional, and capable. Very content.

I was driving my Aunts car on a Friday night. It broke down which has never happened to her car before. I called three different towing places before I called Patton’s. All of them gave me an excuse on why they couldn’t except Patton’s. The man who answered the phone was nice and professional. Told me he could help me with a tow, no problem. Within 20 mins a tow truck arrived. The driver, Spencer, was so nice and friendly. Told him it was my Aunts car and to please be careful. He told me not to worry and her car was in good hands. He was so professional and patient with me ( I may have been having a mental breakdown) He let me sit in the truck and get warm until my ride showed up, while he froze and took great care of her car. He was absolutely amazing and so nice. I am highly impressed with the entire experience I had with Patton’s from start to finish.

Not too sure why they only have 3 stars on here. The only issue I would even possibly bring up is that the wait was longer than I was quoted but I really can't complain because it's a Saturday and it's right before christmas. Totally understandable that they would be busy. The driver was super nice. He even checked my battery and tried to start my car for me. They were very reasonably priced and the driver was thorough, patient and kind. My car was towed within 10 minutes after. He arrived. Job well done.
