Amanda, Derek and Kelsey were all absolutely fantastic throughout my purchase of a new Hyundai Santa Fe. I have purchased several cars over the past decade, and generally detest the car buying process. However, Amanda was kind and approachable throughout our visit to the dealership, and reasonable with working to find a deal that both sides were happy with. Derek was knowledgeable about our vehicle, patiently allowed both my wife and I to separately take test drives, and made sure that the car was in pristine condition before driving it off the lot. Lastly, Kelsey was helpful and informative regarding financing terms, warranties and add-ons, without the terrible pushiness and pressure that you so often see throughout signing paperwork. I can confidently recommend these individuals to future customers.

At first I felt very overwhelmed. Management seemed to be pressuring me to purchase without showing me details. When I came back with my son-in-law. They couldn’t have been nicer. We came to an agreement that made both parties happy.

Drove 45 minutes to get to to this dealership and I wasn't disappointed. the staff was very friendly and my salesman Robert was very efficient and with his help I was able to get into a Subaru. I’ve never had such a great experience buying a new vehicle! My salesman Robert Freiberg was extremely knowledgeable about my 2025 Subaru Outback, and showed me a few more cool features I didn’t already know about. He treated me like family and helped in every aspect (including my difficult insurance company). When it came to financing Kelsey in the VW building was super sweet and helped me pick out warranties that fit in my budget and made sense based on how much I drive. 10/10 recommend to anyone shopping for a new vehicle!!

I dealt with Ben Shur in Volkswagen sales and Jorden Poskocil from the VW service department. Then I decided to purchase a new Legacy and dealt with Sherry Workman from Subaru sales and a very friendly woman from the Subaru finance department. Ben from VW even continued to work with me on the Subaru deal. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars, features, required maintenance and financing. They were absolutely fantastic and helped me obtain a great deal on my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend them if you’re interested in a new Volkswagen or Subaru. This dealership only has one rival that I liked more, but that's only because the other dealership operates different than any other I've dealt with. With this dealership, they were on top of everything! The car wasn't even fully on the website yet, but they had it all ready for our appointment. Conner was super helpful and patient and the car is near pristine! I will go to this dealership again for sure!
